Description of Work: Terrible cable provider. Expensive for limited viewing, unresponsive, bad customer service. Continued to charge for services after it was cancelled. Extremely unprofessional

Description of Work: They provided telephone assistance and had me do a couple of simple things and it worked. Atlantic Broadband is my provided for bundled services.

+ -1 moreThough Atlantic Broadband charges a lot to exciting customers, I have to say I am happy with their customer service. After my internet line went dead, I called late in the evening and they had a technician out first thing the next morning to restore my service. Other phone/internet companies would have dragged this out much longer.

+ -1 moreThe Tech found that the cable first on the splitter was not the cable going to my router. Once the coax cables were switched my internet service began to function correctly. This situation occurred while remodeling the apartment and am aware of this situation should I ever need to move my router to another location.

+ -1 moreIt started out great with a morning appointment--tech arrived on time. He couldn't do the installation by himself; supervisor called and they said he and another tech would be here by 2 PM to finish. It's now almost 3:30 and no one has shown back up.

+ -1 moreAnd they over charged me for the first year, I was paying double, with two different account numbers due to the address on my account. My building pays for most of my cable bill, and evidently the address the building is using and the address I was using was slightly different so I was getting over charged?????
Description of Work: TV and Internet Service, the guy that came out to my house didn't respect my property (furniture, etc.) and didn't change out my cable box, so I had to call them out again to replace the cable box. I specifically asked that they don't send out the same guy, because he was a bit rude and disrespectful, and they sent him out anyways with a hat on, I wasn't sure if he was trying to disguise himself or what, it wasn't a great feeling.
