Horrible. I was lied to, deceived, and conned! I was the victim of a scam! When the salesman, named Cody, arrived he insisted on going into my attic to further evaluate the situation, even though the birdnest was on my roof, (see picture) and nowhere near the attic. He said there would be no charge for the attic inspection, and it would be in "your best interests to let me do an attic evaluation," so I agreed. When Cody came out came out of the attic, he said I have a rat infestation, and that it was very dangerous, and said his company can take care of it, as they are "experts," and he said that he set some traps. Then, when nobody showed up for the follow-up appointment, to check on the alleged traps, I immediately cancelled my contract, and informed my credit card company, Capital One, of the circumstances. My Credit card company took care of the financial aspects and did an immediate charge back. However, when this company did not show to check the rat traps that they allegedly set, I went into the attic to check them myself. No traps were anywhere to be found, and there was no evidence, whatsoever, of any rat infestation, or rat feces, or anything related to rats or any other rodents. The whole thing was a con and a scam and they tried, unsuccessfully, to defraud me out of $2400.00 for a rat trapping and abatement program for a problem that never existed, in the first place. Cody also tried to con me out of another $10,000.00 for a full attic restoration program, with removing and replacing all of the insulation, none of which was needed, because there was no rodent problem, at all! The whole thing was a scam and a fraud! By the way, I hired another company to remove the bird nest. Avoid Allstar Animal Removal! Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware

Hired AllStar to remove bees from a condo property. He did that satisfactorily. Billing and payment - another thing entirely. First, he sent the bill to a non existent address on the property so the Association never received it. Never contacted the Property management company for the correct address. Then sent the bill to a collection company. They finally sent the bill to the right address and it was immediately paid. That's where the problem begins. First Swanson sent the check info to the collection company. They initiated an ACH debit on our account for the amount of the check. Then Swanson cashed the check again himself. Ok. Mistakes happen, except that neither Swanson nor the collection agency has addressed the problem, We have had to file a fraud complaint with the bank and Police and hire an attorney to sue for the return of the duplicate payment. Let the buyer beware

Said it was a squirrel and put large cage trap right outside attic entry then never returned for a full month despite numerous calls and attempts to reach someone. Finally after a month, a different guy came and removed the cage with peanut butter bait entact but refused to do anything else to help since he said he was not authorized as he put it..to add insult to injury this company now seeking further payment even though they did nothing for our problem, plus they prolonged the matter significantly by making us wait so long for them to return..turns out it was not a squirrel but rat infestation which had grown in severity in the time we waited for this fraudulent company to do anything
Description of Work: Checked roof and attic for critter entry points and said droppings consistent with squirrel- said I had to pay $400 upfront, which I did- said they would trap then sanitize area inside attic w antibacterial solution and include some areas to be sealed off so critters could not return..NONE of this was done despite repeated attempts to reach someone from this crazy company

I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for May 6 at 3:30 pm. They did not keep the appointment and they never called. I called several times (at least 6 to follow up). After several calls that were not returned, I finally received a call and scheduled an appointment for May 8. No show again. Called several times and finally someone called and they sent someone on May 9. He sprayed and said the tech would come early following week. Made an appointment for May 14. No show again. I must have called at least 8 times for follow up and finally someone called on May 16. It took several more calls to get someone to come and check the trap and put screens on the final vent. The service people who did show were very pleasant and professional. Luis was the initial person and did a good job. Julian was delightful and he did a great job also. Overall, it was very frustrating experience getting them to return phone calls and to show up when they had made appointments. I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule, but please have the courtesy of a phone call to say you are not coming.
Description of Work: I had woodpeckers living in the vents on my roof that went to the attic. They were driving us crazy. At suggestion of TrulyNolen called AllStar. While it was a frustrating experience, they finally finished and the woodpeckers are gone.

They came out on Friday to give an evaluation for some removal of some critters in my attic. We scheduled an appointment for them to set some traps up on Wednesday. They were supposed to come between 8-9am, it is now after 12pm and there has been no call or no show up yet. I have worked with Conner and Lewis and neither of them are responding. I would hate for them to set a trap and then take a long time, if ever to come back after there is something caught. I have already paid for this service to begin a follow up visitation for prevention and maintenance. I called and left a message with Conner and he was supposed to get back with me, but I have not heard anything yet.

I had called Critter control and they wanted to charge $229 for coming out and setting a trap and then $69 for each critter caught. I knew I had to have at least 5 raccoons behind our house in the palm trees and decided that would be awfully expensive. I decided to go with Allstar Animal Removal who charged a one week fee of $289 or $389 depending on how many raccoons you felt you had. I was out of state and had to rely totally on the honesty of the company. I told them up front that it was my winter home in Florida that had the problem and that I would not be there to monitor the removal but my neighbor would assist as needed. They sent Cory out the next day who set a trap. At first I was worried, the first 2 days my neighbor said nothing was caught. I called Cory and asked what bait he was using and he told me dry cat food and/or marshmellows. I asked if he would go back and bait with wet cat food. He did and we caught our first c***. Each morning my neighbor would check the trap and call Cory if we caught one. He always came and changed out the trap the same day except for on Sunday which they do not work. In one week we caught 4 raccoons and 1 opossum! I asked Cory if he would trap for 1 more week. The first week I paid $389 and the 2nd week $289. We caught 3 more raccoons. I then asked Cory what else could be done and he said he would put down some commercial deterrent around the perimeter of our yard which should keep any remaining raccoons at bay. Three weeks later I visited our Florida home to find it raccoon free. It has now been 7 weeks and my neighbor said there are still no signs of any raccoons. Cory was courteous, professional and prompt.
