Jose was terrific. His communication from beginning to end was outstanding, and he was willing to come up with some creative solutions to complete the inspection, despite some restrictions by my condo association's rules. Jose was very thorough in explaining everything, and he was even willing to come back out a second time to confirm a question that I had for him about the inspection. He was very prompt in getting the report to me -- couldn't have asked for a better experience.

He was very punctual and very professional, and very friendly, and he answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. He took his time, and explain things to me as he went along. I received the report within 48 hours and I was very pleased. Everything could not have been any better, I would highly recommend Jose and I would definitely use him again in the future.

He showed up promptly on time, had the correct paperwork to show the association to be let in my condo property and to be let up on the roof to photograph it for the report. He was very knowledgeable, had high-quality digital camera, and told me specific details about insurance knowledge that were very helpful. He also even gave me the name of an insurance company that was providing good quotes in the area. He gave me a $10 discount for finding him on Angie's List. He sent me the report two business days later in PDF to my email. He used an iPad to take my "paperwork", very high tech, efficient and competent. The report has lowered my insurance premiums. Had friendly and social demeanor.

Jose was extremely professional when I contacted him to perform a full inspection on a house I wanted to purchase. He was referred to me by a close friend who told me he worked diligently and was very detailed. He was very accommodating, and was able to make time to fit my frantic schedule at a competitive price. He showed up on time (rare now a days) and took his time making sure to check all the electric outlets, roof, foundation, plumbing, appliances, and discovered that the wiring in the house was outdated and needed to be fixed which helped save me money when finally negotiating a price on the house. He was able to send me the report the next day and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him, and use him in the future!
