 + -1 moreI found Zen of Clean on Angie's list and called Ros the owner. She came to the condo to look at my space and to give me a quote and explain how she and her team work. I had already read good reviews about the Zen of Clean and Ros in particular. We agreed for her to come every two weeks for several hours to clean. They have a key and code to get in. It has been ongoing since then. I am thrilled with their services.
Description of Work: The Zen of Clean ladies are wonderful. My condo looks and feels great after they come and clean. The come every two weeks. They use all natural products -- hence the Zen. They have a key to my condo and come at a scheduled time and do their magic. Ros the owner is a wonderful person and her helper ladies are all extremely nice. Not only do they do the basic cleaning extremely well, they also water my plants, clean the refrigerator and oven and any cleaning project I want help with like the bookshelves. Since starting work for me, two neighbors have also asked for their services. The price is very fair for the amount of work and time they spend cleaning. My quality of life improved greatly due to their services.

Description of Work: Ros and her crew came in and cleaned our home in professional manner. The home had not had a professional cleaning for over two months when Ros took on the job. Although it took her a little longer than she at first thought it would, she stayed and finished the job without any additional cost. Ros made ever effort to work with in our schedule so that both parties were happy. Ros has cleaned our home two times as of now and we are very happy with her work and the price is reasonable and affordable for seniors on a fixed income.

 + -1 moreRos came to my house to give me an estimate and explained what would be done in detail. Every two weeks her employee comes to clean my house. When there are scheduling issues, Ros will personally come to ensure the work is done. I recently asked Ros for a vacuum cleaner recommendation. She responded promptly with a recommendation. A few hours later, she found the exact same vacuum cleaner at Big Lots at a very low price. She called me and asked if I wanted it. I agreed. She bought the vacuum cleaner and delivered it to my house the next day! I was amazed.
Description of Work: I have been using Zen of Clean for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. The owner, Ros Lanthorne, has people working for her that she has personally trained. She is very responsive to any issue. The people who work for her are professional and communicate any changes to the schedule. I'm satisfied enough to continue using The Zen of Clean.

Description of Work: Zen of Clean ( Ros & her staff) have cleaned our Ocean front weekly vacation condo twice. It is 3 bdrms; about 1800 sq.ft. We will keep using her as long as this great level of service continues .We rent about 19-24 weeks Spring & Summer season. Many are fast back to back turn over.( i.e. a party of up to 7 persons, checks out at 10AM & another party checks in at 3PM. During this time a through cleaning & laundry of towels, bed linens,etc. must be done on time. In addition noting any & all damages with pictures is important. The quality has to be at a level of a hi-end motel. Quality & time are of the essence, i.e. we can't have guest waiting to check in, nor a partically clean unit ...It must be spotless. We previously had the same persons for over 7 yrs. Helped them grow their business by making referrals to them...always trying to explained the business model of hiring more staff & not dropping the level of service. The last 2 years service got worse & worse in all the above mentioned areas. After several warnings we have moved on. We hope to have a long standing business relationship with Zen of Clean, as we think they understand the importance of reputation in such a business.
