Horrible experience they failed us on every level!!! Ordered wrong windows multiple times, 3 failed installs, unprofessional installers, extremely poor communication, failure to make it right and left our home in disarray. Seven week job turned into seven months. I’m still in shock at just how poorly they handled the job. Extremely frustrated and feel like we were violated. Regret hiring them and we now know many others have had the same bad experiences as us. Read the negative reviews. I wish I had we never would have used them. Total failure.

I thought they were very helpful, every thing they said they were going to do they did on time. Their follow through was great, because we had to do this over the phone they were extra helpful.

Beth gave me the best customer service I've experienced in years. She went out of her way to help us, and was very patient with me. She answered every question. They price matched a different lower price, no questions asked.

The Home Depot are really good at explaining about the tools and how to use them and make recommendations on which tool you need for which project.

I have a lengthy write up on them because I was very unhappy. The people at Home Depot were very nice. I have no complaints about them. Their installers though were another story. I needed it done quickly because I had a tenant moving it in. By the time I got the measurement done and got everything was all arranged, the tenant had already moved in by that time. I called them and they told me that they would be out tomorrow at 11 o'clock. They never showed up at that time. My tenant had someone waiting in the condo to let us in and make sure everything was OK. They also had not moved a very large desk back in. The tenant had moved it out just for these guys to come in. About 3:30 I went over to Home Depot to find out what happened and why they weren't there. The installer said that they would be there later because they were running behind. I said that they couldn't be there later because we had rules that we don't let service people come in after 4 or 5 o'clock. We also had the elevator set up with padding for them to take it. After 4 o'clock we don't want people using the elevator for stuff like that since people are coming back from work or school. I told them that was completely unsatisfactory and cancelled the order. They were really upset with me. A little while later they said they would give me half price for the carpet installation if I would go on with the order. I told them no. I can't be harassing my tenant because the carpet wasn't bad and he had no problem with it.

I took it in three weeks ago, and they were supposed to do it by the fifteenth of the month. To their credit they did try to pacify me somewhat by letting me have one of their rental chainsaws for a day. Then they said that I was burning up the bar on the saw, so I had to give it back to them, and I couldn't get my work done. They have just started this in the past three months, they have a central repair depot in Atlanta, and they shipped it there. It's still up there, and they say they can't get parts for it. I think the whole concept is a failure, and they only service the current items they sell. They have stopped selling Poulan chainsaws, and so they don't have parts in stock. I have a stump in my front yard that I have to remove, and I was trying to get the saw fixed so that I could cut up the stump, which is about four feet across. Since they don't want me to use their saw, and they can't fix mine, I'm going to go down to Lowes to buy another Poulan chain saw. They have one there that is the same as the one I had. I'm going to tell Home Depot to send mine back so that I can use the carrying case.

They are very good. The sub contractor they sent was very good. They have free installation and had good carpet.

They did a good job, but there were some communication problems. I do not have very much room for things to go outside by my home, and they left a lot of the carpet because they could not fit it in the van they were driving. It took them about 10 calls from me to get someone to come back out and pick it up. They also ended up having a sale on the same carpet right after I bought it, and they would not honor the sale price. They did, however, credit me about $100. The crew knew what they were doing and worked hard. They showed up on time, but it took longer than they said for the carpet to come in. I would not use them again in the future.
