SUTTON'S POOL SUPPLY INC

It's unfortunate I am having to write this, because the workers did a great job on my pool deck pavers and pool resurface. To those who run Sutton I can't say the same about them...throughout the remodel they continuously added more and more charges, I think I had to sign about 4 different contracts when it was all said and done. Whatever, I suppose that happens. At one point one of the workers broke a spigot on my back porch, so they called Petro plumbing to do a rush job which cost 255$. I was told by the worker who broke it that Sutton's would cover it, this was not the case. They did pay the bill, but then charged me the 255$ on my final bill paid to Sutton's. I could have personally fixed this broken spigot for 25$ and was not even asked how I wanted to deal with it. When I asked why I was being charged the 255$, I was told "it was old"... yeah it was old, but it worked. After a brief argument I paid my bill and left the shop, later on I texted Jason Sutton about the situation. I figured he would handle it based on his text saying "I'll check on it", he proceeded to never respond to me or give me a follow up. So now I am writing this review and giving 1 star, because he couldn't do the right thing and cover something of mine that his team broke. Which totals less than 1% of the total bill of the resurface and paver job.

Suttons and the subcontractors they used did a great job. Pool looks great and all problems were fixed to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again. Only complaint is that it took a little longer than expected.

They are a family owned and operated business. If you need anything for your pool look no further. They truly are a pleasure to do business with.

Fine, they were knowledgible and the repair went as planned.

They were professionals from start to finish. Kept their word, did quality work, on time, on budget while keeping a clean job site

The workmanship is very good...I'm pleased. The job was scheduled in the winter, and they even worked on some very cold days. Due to weather the job took twice as long as originally forecasted - so be prepared, I personally think this is common when it comes to construction and remodels. The jobsite was clean, they didn't leave any debris/garbage at the end of each day. The office manager, Janice was helpful, and I made a lot of phone calls to them. The tile I originally picked out came in with weird variations - to which she wanted me to agree too before installing. I ended up going with another tile selection - while I'm much happier with. I found email the best way to correspond with them, as getting hold of the jobsite supervisor on the phone was difficult. The office manager was always good to return phone calls. My only advice is to make sure that all your punch list items are completed to your complete satisfaction prior to final payment - there is one thing that I wanted fixed that I feel still isn't perfect, however I already paid so am finding it difficult to get resolution on the fix as I no longer have any leverage. I would recommend them to a friend.

These guys (and gals) are real professionals. We have had other pools refinished before- but not like this. They do not cut corners-they do the job right. We would highly recommend this company

All went well and I would recommend Sutton Pools to anyone. The guys who came out to work on the pool were all very nice and very good at what they do, it shows in their work! I gave them a B on punctuality because there were a few days that I would have liked a phone call letting me know where they were. The crew was tied up on another job, so they were not coming to my home until later that day. Just for future reference, I think that contacting the customer would be a great help guys!! (Especially the first day of the job!!)

They have been doing my pool remodeling for almost 2 months, over half of the time they promised but never showed up, after almost 2 months of work my pump is not working properly, the light they installed only can be turned on when pump is manually on, the bypass pipes they billed for the heater leaking badly, and my backyard looks like crazy grave diggers worked in it. Worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend

Sutton Pool Supply did what was agreed to, when they agreed to do it, for the agreed-to price, producing an excellent result.

We are over the top happy about the results. The pool crew was fantastic, timely, neat and knowledgeable. The whole process went smoothly.

The problem wasn't with the quality of work, because they didn't do any. Someone did come out a few days after I first called. He looked at the pool and called me with an estimate of $150, which was reasonable. He said he would be back the following Saturday to do the work. Nobody came. The following Tuesday I called the store to try to schedule the work again. I was told the person who did that wasn't there, but would call me back. I never got a return call. I tried again a few days later, same story, and again no response. I ended up spending a day off doing the work myself. Again, I can't comment on the quality of their work, but if you have a small job I would suggest looking elsewhere since these folks don't seem to want to be bothered. Maybe it would be different with a bigger project.

They did a good job. They were very patient and easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.

Great work overall. Good bid process with excellent ideas and demonstration of other projects. Work went well. Neat and clean taking care not to damage other items. Office staff was on top of the project. Final install was to specs and promises made. Outstanding.

started one week earlier than promised, took three weeks. Worked clean and did not damage lawn or flower beds. Given permits and release of construction lien. Showed how to use new filter system and chemicals. Followed up after final payment with extra service.

They have been in for quite some time. As far as I can tell, they have a good reputation. Their quote was in the same ball park of the other quotes I got.
