Description of Work: He has put in new doors. They are also doing interior painting, putting in crown molding, and have fixed areas that need fixing such as our sliding glass doors and around our windows. He has also moved some lighting for me. He's really a jack of all trades.

Description of Work: I hired Steve Marks Construction to paint 1400 square-foot area for me in one of my offices. He does a lot of office modification and painting. He does some plumbing and electrical work for me.

+ -1 moreHe doubled my price and didn't fix my window. It could have been done as easy as simply putting a new window in. He could've done all the windows for that much money. Nice guy. He has done other things for me.

+ 0 moreThe work went very well. He was courteous, prompt and efficient and I was pleased with the preparation, painting and clean up. I use Steve Marks Construction for all the painting and unit modifications in this building.
Description of Work: Steve painted the inside of approximately 1413 square feet of office space in a local building. He prepared the walls by removing all nails and covering all holes. He built out an area that originally had a recessed window. After all the painting was completed he cleaned up the area.
