Excellent Let me know best windows for the area in which they were going to be placed and why. Fair price, great communication, courteous workers, respectful of property, cleaned up continuously during the job. Followed up with courtesy call. And my windows are beautiful!

paint is peeling after one week, Showed pictures to 3 professiona painters who were all all appalled, a;; asked if old paint was sanded (a;; said obviously not) and said must have been someone who was not a painter

Very unprofessional person very cocky and rude.

Pat inspected second story flat roof and made minor repairs to roofing before rebuilding a deck on top of the roof area. He used a crew of three and the job was completed in about (1) week due to weather delays. He used stainless steel hardware and good quality PT lumber throughout. He gave us a couple of options. In addition, some screening was replaced and the screen frame was reattached. We collected 3 bids for the work; Pat was in the middle. I was not confident the low bid was going to use good quality materials and complete the job on time. The high bid wanted to install a railing system that I did not like.

Perfect, will use Ramsey construction from here on out, if and when needed.

Pat Ramsey came to our home and gave us an estimate for the the damage done by Hurricane Irma. His crew tarped our roof so we would not have any more damage. He's was able to secure roofing and siding before the shortages started. Pat and his crew were very professional and polite. All of the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Pat was able to complete everything within budget. We were impressed by his professional commitmentand work ethics. We would hire Ramsey Construction again

If you like to have mainly unqualified, unprofessional, untrained, unsupervised people working (and smoking and doing drugs on your property) in your house, never showing up on time or on the days they are supposed to, to have your renovations take 18 months when it should have been done in 4 months, to have nothing done with attention to details, to have work done and have it broken, damaged, cracked, etc, only a couple of months later, to have them do whatever they think is easier for them, not what you, the homeowner, want and ask them to do, etc, yes, maybe Pat Ramsey Construction is the contractor for you! Moreover, he is a scammer, did not properly close the inspection file with the county, then when we discovered a year later he did not do his job, he asked $500 just to go back to the county in Viera to file the paperwork to close his work that he was supposed to have done over a year prior. TOTALLY unreliable and unprofessional!!!

They were awesome. They came out on time. They were timely. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It went extremely well. I was very pleased with the results of the repairs. Pat went above and beyond to make it right. I had complete faith in his expertise right from the start. He seemed the most knowledgeable and straight forward of the three contractors I met with. His bid was priced right in the middle of the two other bids. He was my number one choice from the very beginning. Since this is a condominium and the work was outside of the interior walls. The association had to also agree that he was the best choice for the job. They concurred and the work was completed the first week of February. I highly recommend Pat Ramsey. He is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and priced fairly. I will always use Pat for any future Contractor jobs. I will not even bother with other bids since I trust him and know I will get good quality work at a fair price. I own two properties in Central Florida and I am sure I will be working with Pat again.

With the door installation, follow up on one issue was required but they followed up quickly to remedy the problem. My husband and I used this contractor for many jobs over a span of several years and the quality of work is excellent. The owner Pat Ramsey is a master at drywall. He built an entire room on my existing home and it came out excellent, and he did it for a reasonable price. He also re-did all of the drywall ceilings in my home and suggested adding custom molding to give a nice touch of class to the living room ceiling. I am so glad we took his recommendation on this. At our rental properties, he installed kitchen countertops, added a porch, replaced soffit & gutters, re-roofed & re-sided a shed, and much more...too much to list here. All of his work was excellent. I would highly recommend Ramsey Construction for any job.

Every aspect of the work was excellent except for the tile work in the master shower. His subcontractor never sealed the tile after the installation and most of the color was lost. He sent the sub out to correct the problem, but the damage was already done. The sub sent a container of sealant to be applied by myself, which I did. The problem being, that the color on much of the tile had already washed out and by sealing it now, just prevented further wash out. The only way to correct this problem would have been to rip out the damaged tile and replace it, but that option was not presented. Other than that one detractor, Pat Ramsey's work was flawless.

Ramsey Construction completed my entire Salon & day Spa build out. Completely designed the plumbing in floor for my special sink, creative wall structure down to the cabinets & tile. Very fast working and detailed. Helped me with decisions to make my Salon beautiful & practical. Great job to Pat. Ramsey and his entire crew.

Best remodel I've ever done thanks to all of the skilled craftsman. No home construction is without inconvenience but the Ramsey crew made it as painless as possible.

Very well. Contractor explaining everything in detail. Was always available for questions and made sure all our questions were answered. The quality of work was excellent and the workers did a good job cleaning up after the job was done.
