On first contact Rob listened to my desires. He then submitted a proposal and bid. His first page of the proposal was a list of 62 names and phone numbers of previous customers. His proposal addressed all of my issues that I related to him during our first meeting (none of the other three contractor proposals/bids I requested did, perhaps they weren't listening) and then some. I called many of his previous customers and received the same answer: Rob and Mitch did what they said they were going to do in the time they said and all of their work was excellent. One of the customers related to me that they had a problem with a part of the construction some time after the job was completed and Rob and Mitch were quick to respond and fixed the problem to the customers satisfaction. I had the opportunity to speak with Professional Docks' material supplier and he gave a glowing review of Rob and Mitch as customers. So I signed the agreement. Rob and Mitch commenced the job when the said they would and finished it in the time allotted. They did not even bat an eye when I made a few changes during the ongoing job. They addressed issues with my neighbors (our seawalls being next to each other) and offered solutions to the neighbor's aging seawalls with no cost to them. Mitch was not satisfied with mediocre and always pushed his crew to redo and get it right. The partnership of Rob (business and sales) and Mitch (supervisor of construction) works extremely well. I am very satisfied and would strongly recommend them to anybody. I would definitely call them first for any seawall or dock construction job I might have in the future.

We ordered the service when the company was busy (busy season). They were booked out 6-8 weeks from the time we ordered our service. They called every week to keep us updated and the job was completed in the time frames they gave to us.
