Description of Work: My old LG phone via Sprint seemed to have just died: would not power on nor charge. Took to T-Mobile-Sprint rep tried myraid efforts to no avail, saying my phone most likely was dead and I would not be able to transfer info and photos on that phone. I didn't know what to do... then looked across street on Merritt Island Cswy/SR520 and saw Phone Medics. What do i have to lose, I thought. Well, it was the best decision I could have made. Claudio Rosado, a friendly, professional chap, asked if could help. He took my phone and in a matter of minutes, he had it working. What a welcome relief. I am so grateful for his know-how. Thank you Phone Medics and Claudio Rosado. I will definitely be back and bringing family and friends. Sydney S. Cocoa Beach, FL

 + -1 moreI waited only a very little time before being waited on. The man behind the counter said it appeared the entire screen unit may be faulty and need replacement. He fanagled the phone around for awhile and found it was actually only a faulty sensor causing feedback erroneously. I ended up not needing anything and wasn't charged for his time spent. I loved the honesty and sincerity. It was refreshing and I will be a repeat customer.
Description of Work: My phone screen was very faint, flickering rapidly, and would sometimes go completely black. I was unable to use it.
