He did a first class job. I will have him back for additional work in November for the winter.

We had a very dirty filter inside our AC unit, so after performing the AC check up and tune up, he cleaned the inside of our air handler. It took about 2 hours and he did a very thorough job. The next evening, we noticed the AC was not working, so at 5pm we called Darren. He promptly came to see what was amiss that evening and found a plug that had worked lose. He not only fixed it but checked everything over to make sure nothing else was wrong. We were very impressed with his first visit, and blown away by his prompt response to our problem the next day. Page Air stands behind their work and we will certainly use them again. Page Air is now our AC company.

Recently, I purchased a 20-point AC check from Page Air. My experience was positive in every way. Darren arrived on time and proved to be knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. One issue, a completely clogged drain line, required attention beyond the scope of routine maintenance. Rather than schedule a return visit, Darren resolved the problem for a reasonable price while he was here. I plan to contact Page Air for all AC maintenance and/or repair in the future.

A capacitor on my a/c unit went bad. I called Page Air and they came over within an hour! The owner made a temporary fix and will return tomorrow with a part. Since he had just been here two weeks ago, he didn't charge me for labor this time. Very nice!

Ac works great,he will be doing my annual check-ups,on my ac. He is honest,doesn't try to get you,to buy any parts not needed.

A two person team came the day after my purchase. They were timely and thorough. I met them outside when they arrived. We discussed the service and they completed their work within about a half hour. The only thing I didn't like was instead of knocking or ringing the bell to let me know when they were finished, he opened my front door, walked in my house, and called out my name! That made me very uncomfortable and I told him so. He apologized right away as we went back outside. He was the owner--not an inexperienced kid--so I think he should have known better, especially since he hadn't been in my house previously. Also, he said he normally doesn't give an invoice to Angie's List customers, but I asked for one so I could have a record of what was done--and so I could show it to my husband when he asked what they did! It seems like that should be standard practice. Other than those two things, it was a good experience. I would hire them again to service my air conditioner.

It was good. I used them because of the deal. He was fair and he didn't try to sell anything to me.

One note on the cost: I truly do not remember what was charged for this service. The response was very timely, and every efoort was made to stay on the project and get the A/C unit up and running. Very professional work and conduct as well. He kept me updated as he was working different stages of the project, I ddin't have to wait more than 45 mins for an update at anytime. Very appreciative of his work and responsiveness.

He also taught me about the system so I can do some of the mainteinance myself....thanks

Extremely satisfied. Darren arrived when he said he would and got straight to work. He was friendly and informative. He did a thorough service and located the problem straight away.

Service went very well. HVAC was not working. Since I did not have an appointment Darren came by the same day to see if he could perform and quick fix. Unfortunately, it wasnt and he need more time to troubleshoot. Bottom line he eventually found that i had a leaky condenser unit. He was professional enough to ask when I had installed my HVAC to see if it was still under warranty. After giving him the info he needed to check on the warranty, he found that it was still under warranty. Fortunately the new condenser was free of charge due to his diligence. It would have cost me $2,000. Darren ended up charging me $675 for his install time and the freon needed to charge the system. I very much appreciated his same day response in an attempt to see what the situation was. He was very professional, courteous, punctual and provided full information on the problems with my system. I highly recommend his services and I will use him on a going forward basis to perform regular HVAC checkups on my system.

AC repairman arrived about 6:25 PM. We had a problem with our central air not cooling. Repairman looked over unit and determined through testing that the capacitor was bad and replaced it. After replacement compressor still did not kick on. He tested and replaced the start circuit and then all was well. The unit began cooling and has been working great ever since. Good experience would use this service again when needed. Repairman explained what he was doing step by step helping us to not feel taken advantage of.

Tune up went great. All the details were very well explained to my wife. She felt very comfortable having the work done. We will use Page Air again for all our heating and cooling concerns.

the service provider was on time, in a clean uniform, very professional. It was nice to see someone do such a good job and really care about the service. I am letting my friends and neighbors know about him. high quality work and he was interested in saving us money using a good air conditioning system.

While he was at the house he performed a thorough inspection of the unit explaining everything he was doing as he went. He showed my wife basic homeowner maintenance such as cleaning condenser coils. She found Darren to be efficient, informative and personable. She felt comfortable dealing with him.

Arrived late because due to previous jobs but did not rush through mine, took his time and looked at everything!. Answered all questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable.

Technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgable and very thorough. This was an Angie's big deal purchase and I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Contractor (forgot his name a very professional fellow) came when he said he would, performed all services he said he do and more, left me me sticker and card and was very informative on the condition of my property and how to take care of it! TY

We have 2 central A/Cs at my house, one downstairs and one for upstairs. Anyways our upstairs unit stopped working abruptly and so we contacted a local A/C repair company who charged $400 to refill two gallons of freon in the A/C that wasn't broken and to tell us that there was no use fixing our 6 year a/c and that he recommended we replace the entire unit, with an estimated cost of $8,000! additionally, he noticed some rust on the other unit and recommended "we might as well" just change that one as well, so a total of $16,000. Spoke to some people i know that recently had work done and they recommended Darrin Page, owner of Page Air. Instantly he came out, identified the problem, and a few days later came with the parts to replace them and had us up and running for $1400, including 10 gallons of Freon! Super nice guy, very knowledgable, respectable, and not looking to take you to the cleaners. Highly recommend!

The problem was explained to me and alternative repair solutions were offered. I elected the least expensive path and it seems to have worked out. I would recommend Page Air to anyone needing service. I should not that I appreciated the timely callbacks and prompt arrival. Mr Page takes the extra step of communicating schedules and following up - something I value highly.

I bought this house a couple of years ago from an elderly couple. He had just put on a new compressor. So I knew the compressor was pretty good. The only problem was, they were heavy, heavy smokers. and I have 6 cats. So I knew it needed a service call. I did not want to go into summer in Florida with a broken or non cooling ac unit. After I paid for the service, I was contacted to schedule. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule a couple of times because of rain. He stayed in touch with me the whole time. Finally, today he was able to get out here without any rain. He took his time, cleaned everything. I can tell tell difference as soon as he turned it on. He said it was in good shape, but filthy, which I expected. Now hopefully my electric bill will go down some. So, a big thank you to Page Air..Yes, I will use them again, and yes, I would recommend them!

My A/C went out. Just shut off. I contacted Page Air and when he heard that we had no A/C at all, he agreed to come out on a Saturday, rather than the following week. Considering this is Florida, that was AWESOME, because no A/C in Florida heat is unpleasant at best. He was very thorough in checking for possible reasons for the A/C to stop working. He narrowed the issue down to the resistor. But wait! That's not all! He also continued to investigate until he found the cause of the resistor not working. Apparently the outside wiring from the house to the A/C unit had wires stripped and touching. He not only rewrapped the wires but also reinforced them to help prevent it from recurring. I would recommend Page Air LLC to anyone needing A/C work.

Showed up at the promised time although we did do one reschedule due to weather but he was in constant communication so I wasn't waiting around or chasing anyone down. He checked all parts, lubricated and cleaned. He also calibrated the thermostat and condensors. I was so pleased with his work I contracted for annual service as well.

Page Air's service was okay. I am not sure we would use him again, as he didn't seem as social or reliable as others, but his work was adequate.
