They were great! He really went out of his way to ensure I didn't have to spend a lot of money. Before he came my A/C wasn't working. He looked at it and determined it was just a fuse so it didn't cost a lot to fix.

He also recommended that the coil inside be cleaned and spotted a kink in the large line, when he comes back to clean coil he said he would also fix the kink.

It began with a quick diagnosis.. My 13 year-old compressor blew up and we couldn't replace the condenser because the evaporator used the old R-22 & wouldn't match up correctly. He honestly had the problem diagnosed in about 10-15 minutes, maybe less. When I found out the problem was going to run me about 5K, he not only offered to help with the financing and a $200 FPL rebate, but gave us a portable A/C as a "loaner" until things could get fixed. When he started working, he was very prompt, focused and methodical -- often improvising his way around various obstacles; like a mismatched concrete slab for the condenser -- just to get the job done that much better. Towards the end, I threw a temper tantrum because I thought the A/C filter wasn't rectangular enough, so I ran around screaming because I thought my allergies were going to act up because of this. As a true professional, Mr. Page assured me that this was not a problem and it was easily fixed.. needless to say, I apologized for being such an idiot and offered to help pick up the packaging garbage while I was finishing my fireball whiskey. The overall turnaround time was about 2 days & some change, for the complete unit, and it works great!!!! I definitely have the impression that my best interests were being catered to & I was extremely impressed with the overall quality of the service received. I sincerely believe that this particular experience with Page Air warrants the highest rating possible -- and I would like to recommend this contractor to anybody who wants to hire the best.

Super quick response for the tune-up. Great follow-ups in leveling the unit and cleaning the inside of the evaporator/ductwork and fan that were neglected for some time. This was an ordeal because of the access-- had to cut the lines/re-solder to get the unit out. The evaporator colis were packed with dirt but cleaned-up nicely. Gave instructions for follow-ups and keeping the drain line clear. No hard sell approach for additional services, just courteous and factual in his observations. Too bad the furnace filters were not replaced rregularly by former owners.

The technician was on time, very cordial and professional. He did an outstanding job.

Darren did an excellent job. He checked and cleaned the unit and even checked for co2 gas in the house. He was very professional and kept me updated on everything he was doing and how everything looked He went out of his was to ensure he did not track any dirt in on my new floors. I have nothing but good things to say about him and will continue to use him for my hvac services. He has earned my complete confidence and trust.

Darren promptly contacted me to schedule a visit to look at what I needed. Actually, I had to pay a little more than $1,000 that the original Angie's List offer, but it was understandable as I needed a larger a/c unit and added a new thermostat. Darren is a dedicated, true professional in his trade.Also, I would describe him as a venerable workhorse as he does all the work himself to his own exacting standards. He kept me well-informed throughout the several day process of installing and testing the unit. He arranged for the necessary permit and took care of a few other incidentals that needed to be done to complete the project. He is among the finest professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting and simply gets the job done. It was my pleasure to have him upgrade the house we just purchased at a very reasonable rate. Extremely professional & very honest. We recently moved into a new house and were told by our home inspector that our system needed to be evaluated. Page Air performed a thorough check of all of our components and checked the air flow & temperature coming out of every vent in the house to determine if there were any possible venting problems. The gentleman let us know all of the things that were working well and even pointed out that we could replace the existing filter with a better model that we could find for ourselves online. He provides a variety of other services and we will be turning to Page Air to help us in the future.

It was very good. They were on time, pleasant and efficient. I am thinking about purchasing a new air conditioner from them. They are very honest and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

He worked on it, says he cleaned and recommendet a new condenser. Had a few estimates and got a new AC system from another dealer and found out the drip line was totally clogged up. So he did not do that.

This went ok. The air conditioner broke before they got here, so we had them repair it when they came. It’s been working fine since he showed up.

Page Air did maintenance inspection and said everything was fine, but I needed to replace the filter as it had rotted out. They did not have replacement filter. I bought one and could not get it in. Then I remembered that I had paid for a one-year maintenance with Next Generation Air & Heat, Inc. Also, by then, my A/C was not cooling at all. Next Generation did another full Precision Tune-Up (no charge) and first found the safety float had water in it and therefore shut down the system and they also advised I might have to replace the zoning board—a generic brand with no name that a previous company had installed as it was not working between my two zones. After a few days of constantly having to reboot my system as it would cool down below what I had it set at, or not cool down to temperature that I set it at, I finally decided to replace the zoning board. I have had no problem since then and think very highly of Next Generation Air & Heat and would definitely use them again (have another free Tune-up before end of year). I would also recommend them to friends & neighbors as being very professional, thorough and honest. I would not use Page Air again not recommend them.

We phoned Mr. Page on Sunday evening (08-10-14) about our A/C being out, after researching different companies via Angie's List! He came out this morning repaired our problem, which was a bad capacitor. He ordered a Kool Cap for our unit, which would be a better fit, and we ordered an annual agreement! We have use other companies before in the past, which we weren't really happy with. As long as he is in business he will be a keeper, and he is locally here on the Island (Merritt Island, FL)!

One technician came out and then 2-3 weeks later I had to purchased a new AC unit. Some cleaning was preformed, but I was told after the other company mentioned that the unit was still dirty. They also left hand prints on the attic vents too.
