They came out right away.

This AC company is the real deal. They can even service my NG furnace.

Mr. Page was very nice and professional and performed the tasks as listed in the special. He was polite, professional and I would probably use him again should the need arise in the future.

They arranged a good time for service. They showed up when they said. He performed the inspection and didn't find anything wrong. They commented that my system was working normal and everything looked clean. They were polite through the whole process.

It went very smoothly. He was right on time and was very pleasant.

I had initially bought a tuneup but he soon realized that more serious repairs would be necessary. He was willing to arrange his schedule so that he could come back the following afternoon in order to repair several problems with the AC. In fact he was willing to drive back to his office to pick up a portable AC system that would help us stay cool until the following afternoon. My wife and I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile so we'd be more comfortable.

Contractor arrived. Problem was much larger than just cleaning. Contractor did other work. $56.00 job turned into $350 job. Contractor tried to do the $56 work in addition to major repair. I was surprised that cleaning was not included in the filter repair, and refused the coupon work. Will not hire again.

Provider was prompt, polite and professional at all times.

here's my details...you have notified me on this at least 4 times. I wrote an a+ rating long ago...and the a/c guy gave me a form to fill out so i did that too and mailed it to you. I think you rate an F for keeping correct records

They were okay. They did some things that we didn't really like, and we won't use them again. They said they would be here between 8 and 10, and I called them at 9:45, and they said that they were on their way, and I had to leave at 10, so we rescheduled for later on that day, so it was inconvenient. He said he had it down differently in his book, but when I was on phone with him, I had written it down as well, so I am pretty sure, I had the time right. He took the air filter out of the duct, and just left it on our driveway, even though it was fairly new, and then it rained right after that, so we had to buy a new one.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really great. He showed me how to use my dehumidifier and things like that too. He did a fine job and I didn't have any problem. On Saturday it got really hot so we called him again. He called us back and was in the middle of a big party. He said he would call us the next day which he did and he came. One of the wires had melted. It was going fine the day he was here and that evening. He apologized and said he was sorry that he missed it so he didn't charge us for the part. I don't think it was anything he did. He did the work on Sunday and wouldn't charge us for the part. He is really a good worker. He cleans up tremendously afterwards and does a great job. He did a great job on the cleaning. He scrubbed it as well as I would. He made sure everything was tight and working properly. Late the next day something happened. He had the part and replaced the old one. The air conditioner is over 10 years old. The price was pretty good.

It worked out perfectly. It was a big help. He was very helpful and he did some work that none of the other contractors wanted to do. The others wanted to sell me a new unit and he was able to fix my existing unit. I was very pleased.

I called page they and he said he would meet at a certain time, I got back to my house 5 minutes before our appointment and his was not there and I thought not again then the phone rang and I thought he was calling to say he couldn't make it but to my surprise he called to say he was just pulling into my driveway right at the time he promised he fixed my drain did a multi point inspection on my unit was the best contractor I have ever met. If anyone has a problem feel confident this man can help you out and the bill was much lower then I expected. From now on I will never call anyone else.

Tech arrived on time, friendly & started to work right away.

The fellow was very responsive, calling right away to make the appointment. He arrived exactly on time and was very knowledgable. He thoroughly inspected our air conditioning unit and performed maintenance as advertised.

Great job from my perspective. I did the Angie's big deal and I think it was a bargain. Mr. Page was very professional, seemed very thorough and readily answered all my questions. He responded quickly, showed up on time and did everything as advertised and more. He impressed me as honest and competent. Highly recommended.

A friend of mine recommended them. I came home one night, two or three weeks ago and the house was hot. The outside unit wasn't turning, the fan wasn't turning. So I called him, and it was like, eight o'clock in the evening and he was there in about forty-five minutes, and about twenty minutes later had it running again. It was after hours, an emergency thing, it was great, and it was well worth the money. He had the parts that he needed on the truck which was great, I mean, he didn't say "Oh I'll be back in two to three days".

Did a through job. Took a long time but was very detailed.

I called Mr. Page and he was there within an hour, quickly analyzed the problem and was proactive in replacing rusting parts.

I have used others but nobody has done as good of a job as he has. He is very thorough and is a hard worker. He is professional and knowledgeable. His work and attitude is exceptional and he cleans up after the job is done. The reason I did not use him for a while was because he was in Afghanistan but I am glad he is back. He is extremely reasonable with his prices and I will continue to use him and would highly recommend him.
