Fantastic customer service and responsiveness. David and his son worked closely with me to pick out a door and impact glass. They ordered the door and it was delivered on time. The next day the door was installed. Incredibly, they were able to deal with the, not so level plumb or square, opening. I would certainly hire them again.

We called on the father and son team to replace all windows of our new rental property. They did a fantastic job from start to finish: They accommodated our tight schedule, took care of obtaining the building permit, installed our beautiful new impact windows and followed-up to make sure everything was working perfectly and made necessary adjustments. We have hired many contractors in the past for our other rental properties and have rarely seen such high ethics, great communication with the client, and excellent work. We will definitely call them for all our properties in the future.

Great work! A father-son team. Very professional. Came out to measure. Recommended companies to use to purchase fiberglass door through them. I was in a hurry, so they got the order in quickly. Everything went smoothly. Had door delivered. I painted it. They returned later and installed. They cleaned up afterwards and took the old door away for me. The cost shown includes labor and a fiberglass door. They returned calls quickly and are punctual--even came early! I couldn't be more satisfied. :)

They worked long and h****** the repairs needed. Pleasant, professional to the max! Very trustworthy, and genuine. They sent an invoice for the parts for their supply company (there are few contractors have ever done this)... and let me know what the labor would be for each job. Fair and square!! We are fans!! Would highly recommend this father/son crew!

Excellent job. David and his father are great craftsmen. The are careful and very respectful of your house. They arrived as scheduled, performed the work, and cleaned up after themselves each day. In addition to the front door, they replaced the passenger door to the garage and the transom over the front door. Their finish work on the trim work for all doors was excellent. There was minimal damage (easily covered by caulk and paint) to the stucco and no damage to the existing tile floors or sheet rock. I am using them again to replace 3 windows in our family room next month (April 15).

Fantastic job! All went very well, very professional, and even though I bought the screen door they met me at the store to pick it up so they could make sure the special order came in correctly, they hauled it for me, and they even stuck around and talked to support when the door wasn't closing as expected. In our experience there are FEW contractors in central Florida that provided quality service and skills like this.

Great!!!! A lot of work had to be done, to the front door. Stucco also had to fixed around both doors. Both doors done perfect !! Front door beautifully installed. Will only use Musalo going forward!!!!

Dave and his son David were both extremely friendly and responsive. From the date I first contacted Dave, he was always responsive. He even called on the date of installation to give me an update on his arrival time. They performed the work efficiently and in a highly professional manner. I did absolutely nothing from the time we agreed on a price until I wrote the check. Dave procured the door and the necessary building permit. Throughout the entire process, Dave kept me informed as to the status of the project, either by e-mail or phone. His prices are very reasonable. The big test was whether or not my wife would be pleased. She can't say enough about how happy she is with the new door. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dave, and will not hesitate to call upon him again if necessary.

Dave and his son David were a pleasure to work with. I thought they were reasonable; they were punctual, and when design decisions came up they explained the options in detail.

Called and requested an estimate for two new doors and two screen doors was told that driving approx 32 miles was too far and that he had too much work and declined the job. Very unprofessional seeing that I have had other contractors drive over 60 miles to complete jobs. In addition would think that listing on Angie's list would help me find reliable workers not choosy contractors.

Went very well. Didn't take any shortcuts. Used quality product. Had several people stop and ask for their card.

The exterior doors on the house were rotted/rusted and needed replacing. Front door had two side panels. Four (4) other exterior doors were replaced in addition to the front. They worked with me patiently as I evaluated doors & decided on the doors and options I wanted. The doors were ordered, delivered and installed on schedule. The job took 2.5 days. They laid down a cover sheet to protect the home floorings for each door installation. They vacuumed the area around the installation upon completion. They scheduled the inspection on the final day so that the inspection was also completed on the final day of the installation. The caulked around the new thresholds upon completion. The inspector remarked that the installers definitely knew what they were doing and did a great job. I loved hearing ;-) Dave and David are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. Their work was meticulous. Each door fits so well -- opening and closing with ease. The front door is BEAUTIFUL with the decorative glass/panels. Such an improvement over the original doors.

Dave and David are creative and efficient carpenters. We had an odd over-sized door that was rotting away. They were able to take an old spare door we had, fit it with glass and modify it to fit the required space. They even put in the new locks. Furthermore, they solved a water intrusion problem we have had for 15 years by putting in more effective thresholds. We will be using them again soon to put in some windows.

Father and son team, completely professional: on time, on schedule and on estimate. Communication was excellent; they took the time to explain each step, managed our expectations along the entire process and had no surprises. Sensitive to the inconvenience of in-home renovations, (broom) cleaned every day and left workplace neat and tidy. They are most deserving of our highest possible recommendation for window replacement work.

It went very well. Estimate and hardware selection went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would (0830) and were done by lunchtime. Dave (dad) and David (son) were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. They had to pull a permit for my exterior door ($79), but they dropped off and picked up the paperwork at my house. Even better, by chance the code inspector drove past our house during the job and with a quick call from Dave I had final inspection done the same day! Saved my wife and I time off from work. Great job.

They phoned on the day they said they would and scheduled to stop by late in the afternoon to look at the door and give me an estimate. They were going to come by after completing another job. I waited all afternoon and evening so I wouldn't miss them and they never showed up or called. I still haven't heard from them.

My first encounter was to meet and see how this team had completed a neighbor?s project and how they felt about their services. With the high recommendation I requested an estimate for a window removal and install of Impact sliding glass doors initial. Both gentlemen and each of the subcontractors they brought in were highly professional and the quality of work was excellent. Noted that with the Musalo team they handled every detail of oversight and installation and brought in their own subcontractors. This was a great convenience and comfort to know that the services were coordinated and 100% of what was needed was handled by Musalo. My experience working with Musalo for the sliding door installation led me to request if they would support the Deck and Jacuzzi pad and installation as well. Again, they executed with extreme professionalism and quality, as well, they were able to meet the aggressive schedule I was seeking. I enjoyed the entire house improvement project because I had the Musalo team handling this job! I cannot say enough about how highly I recommend this excellent team.

They did a really good job! They're going to be coming back to do a few smaller projects. They are very good and professional workers, they were really nice and did the work! I have already recommended them to a few people! They told me a figure on how much they thought the work was going to cost, after he saw what the job was he thought it was going to be much more, but it ended up being much less!
