Description of Work: Replaced screens throughout the entire home. They were initially tough to get scheduled, as they did not return initial call. However, got it scheduled a few months later. The owner came out with an assistant. They were quick to get the whole house done. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We requested estimates (and advice) from 7 companies over a 1 year period to upgrade our 1965 home to have new windows. The bids were surprisingly close so the selection was based on first impressions. since we hadn't seen a review like we are attempting to write. Henry (owner) was prompt, conscientious, punctual, creative and knowledgable during the measuring, estimating and ordering phase . He shared his thoughts and experience with several venders since we had evolved to different criteria for different applications and of course cost. The important selection factors would have to be determined or discovered later but first impressions were positive. He and his assistant (Patrick) quickly impressed us with their appreciation of our new white carpet when they used drop cloths or removed their shoes as appropriate. The windows arrived exactly on time and installing started the next day. We were delighted to see the craftsmen at work, the teacher/student teamwork and the respect for each other. When Henry noticed a shipping "ding" on an expensive hurricane window, it was ordered within the hour, shipped next day and installed the day of arrival. What teamwork ... from a small company with great experience! Cleanup was never a problem and there was literally nothing left for us to do when they finished. Caulking was perfect and no painting required. They finished on the optimum schedule, 2 weeks before our drop dead date. We wish this 2 man team the very best because they deserve it. Description of Work: Repaired a broken window in the garage.

Description of Work: Fixed wheels on right side slider door, lock on left side slider door, new crank on bathroom window, replaced small window glass that was broke, reattached a loose window pane, and repaired a bent screen frame.

Description of Work: Lighthouse has done a lot of projects for us. He repaired a bathroom mirror by putting a border around it, he rescreened our pool, he replaced the sliding glass doors with insulated glass, he made it so the door slides easier, and he has replaced windows and screens in my house.
