La Bella Spa

The stylists I see is named Mary. She has been spectacular every visit. I don't normally go to a spa but they make you very comfortable regardless of the service.

La Bella Spa provides a top-notch, albeit pricey, manicure & pedicure experience. It is pure indulgence. I do not recommend the couples massage. Very odd arrangement of tables. Instead of being side by side, we were feet to feet (he was in one room & I was in another, with a divider between the two rooms open). It did not feel very romantic or couple-ish.

Laser Hair Removal would not recommend. I had to go elsewhere for what I wanted done. Hair cut - see your stylists work first.

It was a nice relaxing visit, although they sat us in massage chairs that did not really work and told us they were getting new chairs soon. The problem is that 2 days later the nail polish on my manicure started peeling off a whole nail at a time. I t was Saturday evening and they were already closed. I left Sunday for a cruise. By the time I left 4 nails had completely lost their polish and 3 others had lost 1/2 the polish. I emailed La Bella Spa once we got home to complain and NEVER heard back from them. This is the worst part. I understand that things go wrong, but blowing off a customer's concern is a sign of a bad business to me.
