Description of Work: I was looking to have work done to a whole house. Unfortunately that never came up. He asked where I was calling from and I told him the city, which is in the 10 miles option that I chose, and he said it was to far and to call someone else because he they have to drive for 30 minutes and charge more for work. If he had bothered to ask where in the city or what the job was he might have had second thoughts. Well I guess I will go with another company and the works is about $6,000, I guess he doesn't need the money.

Description of Work: We have a 70 year old home with pored concrete walls and no drywall. LB Drywall put framing and mold resistant insulation and drywall on all outside walls in the house and ceiling. They also spackled all walls so it was ready for paint. Our sunroom had knockdown put on after walls were prepped and popcorn ceiling removed. Areas of ceiling in the living room and kitchen were leveled - it's an old house. Scott did a phenomenal job putting porcelain tile in the sunroom, kitchen, and mushroom along with grout. In the kitchen he first removed old linoleum tile. We recently had them come back to stucco the outside of our mudroom to match the house and again put knockdown on walls and ceiling. We haven't received a bill yet and will check it soon when we come to see the house. Details were done by Scott and George such as replacing and adding tile work that has made our home our coastal retirement home. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I used L B Drywall to patch a 10x10 hole in my closet and they clean the whole closet.

Description of Work: repaired hole in drywall where stud was rusted away. repaired another hole in drywall at bottom of window, both in tough spots to fix, but the job was completed perfectly!

Description of Work: Painted all walls in condo plus two bathroom trim and ceilings, which included two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and all closets. Repaired bedroom window and base by entry door. Moved all furniture, things from closets and put everything back.

Description of Work: Paint ceiling of two bathrooms. They did the drywall repair for our condo assoc. A leak from the condo above us caused the damage to both of our BR.
