The designer came out to make measurements, but had real issues with following through with us afterwards. She didn't return phone calls. The final result was we never got a bid/proposal and decided to go with a more responsive and reputable general contractor that felt a $45k+ job was worthwhile pursuing.

Initially, we got responsive attention from Brad and Bill. We were impressed with Brad's interest and attentiveness and that caused us to select J & J. However, Brad was fired shortly after work started and supervision seemed to end at that time. Eventually, after a few problems, Jeff, the owner, notified me that he was now in charge. We had some less than pleasant exchanges as work progressed. However, we never got to meet Jeff face to face and he never came to the job site to inspect the work. Workmanship overall was mediocre. Would not use them again.

Carpet was ordered and arrived earlier than expected. Jand J did an excellent job and they were a pleasure to work with. I will only use them in the future.

He arrived promptly on time...Very friendly and professional. He stretched the carpet in a reasonable time and did a very thorough job. When he was done, I paid him and we talked a bit and then he left...Excellent service! Would recommend to anyone who needed a carpet man or company...

Overall - outstanding. Jeff and his team were very patient while we worked out the design deatils we wanted for our master bath. In performing the estimate, he brought in a plumber (at his cost) to ensure the work was priced correctly. Work was very professionally performed, with the crew working in the house mostly without anyone home. The whole job was delivered on price and one week longer than the original estimate. Like any custom job - some problems were encountered, but Bill (job Forman) was prompt in contacting us and resolving all issues. When floor tile was initially not installed as we had envisioned - it was corrected. Damage from a water leak during demo was accepted by Jeff with almost no questions asked. I can't say enough about the quality of the work - the whole crew - and especially Josh - knew what they were doing and performed all work in a very professional manner. We were so impressed, we went ahead and contracted to have the downstairs floor replaced with beautiful results. I highly recommend this team for any home bath or floor job.

Jand J treated us well all around. We met with Brad in their showroom and talked about quality options and colors. We never felt rushed. Like everyone else, once we decided to do it, we wanted it done yesterday! Jand J got the carpet in within a week and was installing the next day, right on our schedule. We had other work going on in the house and weren't present when they installed, but they were in, out and no fuss. I had to call to follow up with them to finish getting them paid. Very low stress all around. In the and quot;above and beyondand quot; category of service, Brad actually called me while he was out of town on an unexpected family emergency to give me the status and connect me with the store to make sure everything went well for the install. I really appreciated that. No fuss, no issues, no drama. It just worked.

Service at the store was prompt and helpful. Measurement and quote were prompt. Price was better than other vendors shopped. Installation team was best I've ever had; quick, excellent install, pleasant and respectful.

Dropped into their showroom on Saturday, carpet was installed the following Tuesday. Painless.

Sales staff knowledgeable and polite, good job done in a timely manner.

I live out of state and purchased a small condo in Merritt Island. I only spent about 4 hours with LIndsey to give her an idea of what I wanted. She then proceeded to pick out cabinets, tile, countertops and all were ;perfect for me. The price was good. The service that she provided me, since I live out of state, was excellent. I gave her a key to my place and she handled everthing and basically had completed upon my return to Merritt Island.

They hired a capet company to come install my carpet. It went very well. They did a good job. They quality was very good. The prices are competitive.
