I like them, that's the second time I used them. I would call them again. They've done good work for me. I had small little jobs that I didn't want to do for myself. They came and gave me an estimate and then they came and did the work in one day.

They responded quickly and did the repairs the day after I talked with them. The husband and wife teem arrived a little early and after explaining the details of the repairs, were done with-in the hour. I was given the price of the repair before work was started. I marked "good" on the price instead of "excellent" only because I did not compare price. Was

They were great, and I keep finding more things for them to do. I delayed this review because I just keep asking them to come back and do more work!

They centered and hung two mirrors in my vanity area. They also assembled a jewelry armoire that was delivered in several pieces .

They did excellent work. My walls were a mess from my puppy, who had scratched the paint off. They fixed the walls and they look good as new.

I showed them what I needed to be done and they went to work. A lazy susan kitchen shelf had been inoperable for months and I failed to mention it but they noticed it while working there and fixed it, I did really appreciate that.

We decided not to do it at the present time.

The Honeybears are a quiet, gentle, and hardworking couple!!!!! I was so very pleased with their work - Rita and Mike deserve an A+++++. I will definitely hire them in the future??..

Rita and Mike are beyond 'professional' and exceeded any preconcieved idea we had of excellent work! They were highly accommodating, flexible, responsive, positive, had great work ethics, slightly early (which is a dream in FL!) but always on time, with great attitudes. This is very unusual for this area, and we will gladly recommend them to others. We plan to have them paint our exterior in the future. As experienced and detail-oriented handymen, they can and will do anything needed and strive to exceed expectations. We are very happy, period. So glad they were on Angie's List, and we now have great people to call on when needed. The ceiling work was rejected by other handymen, but Mike and Rita had extensive experience doing what we envisioned. Everything they did involving the fan and lights installations was perfect. Hard workers. Delightful people to have around! Also, they estimated the job well below the other 2 handymen - Very satisfied with the price!

Honeybear showed up exactly as planned with all necessary supplies in hand, and after a brief discussion went directly to work. Even though the soffit job had a few unexpected problems, they solved them on the fly and finished the job in the time expected. They came back a second day, and again was right on time. They went directly to work and replaced the door and again, worked through problems that were left behind by the contractor that had originally hung the door. Of the three jobs that they completed, the job that should have been the easiest turned out to be a nightmare. The contractor that had laid the tile in the bathroom had improvised (badly I might add) a solution for the wax ring rather than buying the correct size ring. This resulted in the wax ring leaking under the toilet. The tile contractor's solution was to seal around the outside edge of the toilet base. Needless to say, when we lifted the old toilet up, and the seal broke, ......well, just use your imagination. Fortunately, Honeybear was right on top of the problem and had problem solved in very short order. On a sliding scale of 1 to 10, I give Honeybears Home Repair a solid 15. They go above and beyond in all respects.

They were conscientious, detailed and they did a good job. They're dependable and locals.

Rita and Mike are great! Friendly, professional, an excellent team! The repairs were done quickly and were exactly what I asked for. I will most definitely be calling Honeybear for any repairs in the future!

Mike and Rita came out and provided me with an estimate for all the things that I wanted done to my new condo. They arrived daily on time and performed the tasks above in the order that they felt was the best use of their time. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. They were very polite and consulted me about any thing that they had a question on. I also used their expertise to buy the correct wood for the attic, the best paint for the new walls, and just assurance that I was doing the right things. It took 3 days to have everything completed. I have already started a list of things that I want them to come back and do to my condo. I absolutely recommend their services to anyone who has a "honey-do" list that isn't being completed. le on the dishwasher. They were upfront and honest stating they did not have the expertise to fix the dishwasher and explained how easy it would be to fix the light. I fixed the light myself and knowing they were coming back I purchased 2 lights for the Garage. Upon arrival of their scheduled appt. I told them about the change in plans and they said no problem and replaced them both in a matter of minutes.

They were efficient. They did an excellent job and their price was fair. Someone who came before neglected to finish their job by painting the trim and Honeybears Home Repair came in and they painted all the trim. Also, the counter in my kitchen was not level over the dishwasher and they fixed it, and it's perfect now. They are on our "forever" list.

Rita and Mike were prompt on returning my phone call. We arranged for a visit to discuss the work and get an estimate. They arrived promptly and were cheerful & courteous. I wanted a custom desk which I had designed. I had the materials - bead board, two cabinets, 2 pieces of counter top and a large door slide. My design was to use the closet in a bed room I had converted to an office for a built in desk. I explained my plan to Rita and Mike and they were very quick to get the idea and went right to work. They put up bead board paneling on the walls of the closet to cover up some ugly dry wall work, put the cabinets together, and custom cut the counter top to go on top of the cabinets and a piece of counter top that slides out the keyboard and added desk top space. I am very happy with the work and the finished product is great! Rita and Mike did a great job and I would recommend and hire them again. Very Happy!! :)

They were very patient as we discussed different options for the decking as well as placement for the fountain. They have completed many repairs for us over the years and we would highly recommend them.

Called Rita = needed emergency door lock and door handle assembly on front door replaced. She and her husband responded shortly after my call. They went to home depot matched the entire assembly unit to what I had and had it installed within a few minutes. She and her husband are very efficient working as a team and i feel very blessed to have met them and had them repair my problem. Finding somebody of this quality and caliber is important to me for I am disabled and know nothing about maintenance. They are not only efficient but two of the most honest and lovliest people that you would ever want to meet. I give them a 11 out 10. I will definitely use them many more times in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anybody. Their services and knowledge span the entire gambit of home repair from A to Z.......

Excellent!!! I had shelving in my closet that had to be replaced due to completely coming from the wall and a very high recessed outdoor light fixture needed replacing too. Mike & Rita came to my home and addressed my concerns I had regarding my closet shelving not being able to hold the amount of weight I need for my clothes and shoes collection. I also had a very high (over 14 ft.)recessed outdoor light fixture that had become pitted over the years. Mike & Rita arrived promptly as stated and worked diligently. This was no simple shelf re-hang, as the wall needed serious repair. I can't stress enough what a awesome job they did. They exceeded my expectations. My closet looks wonderful and so does my new light fixture. They are very nice people and I highly recommend them. I will hire them without hesitation again.

They haven't called me back with the estimate. They were very nice and very prompt. They were also honest in telling me what they could and couldn't do.

Mike and Rita was punctual and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond and repaired our gutters while the old railing was down. The railing was done to code and is very sturdy. They did such a good job that I am getting a quote for pavers next.

Rita and Mike have done wonderful work every time they've work for me. I would recommend them to everyone. They always arrive on time. Since my first review of 5/19/2013', Rita and Mike have returned several times. Amoung other tasks, they have painted the exterior of my house. They did a great job at a fair price. They pressure washed the house first, then sealed all the cracks, and used a brush and roller to apply two thick fresh coats of quality paint (not a quick, thin sprayer applied paint job). (My first review from 5/19/13') Rita and Mike did excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone. The garage was a disaster area. Now it is clean and organized. They showed a wonderful sense of judgment concerning usable objects to remain in the garage. They brought a significant size trailer to haul the trash away. They painted the new numbers for my house and installed them above my garage door. They look great. They tried to repair the security light but were unsuccessful. The light needs to be replace and they are schedule to return for that and other project within the week. (Updated Review Con't) Since cleaning and organizing my garage, they have returned to continue work as promised and returned several time since then to do additional work. Along with painting the house exterior (see above), they have replaced light fixtures and electrical outlet, and repaired some shutter hardware issues. All their work has been of excellent quality. They always clean up at the end of the day and upon completion of the job.

I got the recommendation for Honeybears Home Repair from Angie's List. Mike responded quickly when I left a message.We got together the next day to go over what needed to be done. Mike called later with an price for the work and we set up a time for it to be done. Mike and Rita were there as agreed and did the work as agreed. They cleaned up after themselves and even swept the garage which was a mess from debris coming in - Thank you!! I liked working with them and will use them in the future.
