The power points were installed satisfactorily. The charger outlet was installed but didn't work. The can lights worked when installed, but three subsequently failed. Hay's said they would last 20 years, so he did replace them. Unfortunately one was a different light temperature than the other three in the room. He promised to return with the correct unit but never did. The real problem came with the antenna. After installing and connecting one TV all was fine, but when he connected another two televisions the entire system went dead. After an hour or so of experimenting with different connectors and cables, he gave up. Literally, he quit, leaving the job incomplete with holes in the walls and mess to be cleaned. He had been paid for the previous days work but did not ask for payment for the job he couldn't finish. He has not been in contact since. This was all unfortunate, as the problem was simple: he had dislodged the main connection to the antenna when he moved the junction box to be closer to the loft entrance. Had he tested for circuit continuity he would have found it as easily as I did after he left. His abrupt abandonment of the job was most unprofessional and that is the reason for this honest but less than flattering review.
