 + -1 moreVery Honest! Had them out for Wind Mitigation in the past and they did an excellent job. Required complete roof replacement due to hurricane and they came back and inspected the work at no charge. Very impressed with their customer service A+.

 + -1 moreHappy Homes was very prompt and professional. They explained the home inspection very carefully and gave me a binder with the inspection information and pictures. Then when I needed a re-inspection of the roof after Hurricane Matthew for a house closing, they came out promptly and did not charge me an additional fee. For anyone who thinks there are no companies out there who do what they say when they say they will....you need to look at Happy Homes! Thanks so much!

 + -1 moreThey performed the iinspection on time, quality work, and very professional. Excellent report provided. Here is the amazing part. When they learned that my insurance rate would not be lower they declined payment. In this case they only charge if they can save you money. I even offered to pay half (after all, they did the inpsection and report) but they declined. This was not part of their advertising. Amazing. If I ever need a pre-sale or orther home/roof inspection they are the folks I'm calling.

 + -1 moreJeff was already there and working when I arrived. He did a complete home and termite inspection on a foreclosure property that I was going to buy. After he finished his report he and I did a complete walk around of the property and he pointed out problem areas. He was very professional and helpful. The only down side of his report is that it is a canned format in his computer and he just adds comments on each area of the inspection. All things considered, he did a very good job and his price was in line with what I payed for other inspections.

 + -1 moreIn the process of trying to resolve these issues, Happy Homes was uncooperative, not even willing to refund the cost of the home inspection. My experience with them cost me most of one retirement account.
Description of Work: I made the mistake to trusting my real estate agent Kimberly Turner of Century 21 to recommend a home inspector. Happy Homes was recommended and I trusted them to protect my interests in the purchase of my home. Within months, we noticed a roof leak. Every roofer that came by stood in the driveway and said the roof was shot, not repairable. The cost to replace, $7,500. Two large wholes, rotted out, were discovered in the roof. Within months, the AC was out, unrepairable, obvious to every service company that looked at it. The electrical panel installed in the house is made by Federal Pacific and is known to be a dangerous electrical panel, this revealed by a simple google search.
