Our piano is a special family heirloom. I was worried about the long distance piano move and wanted a company that specializes in moving pianos. Fragile Freight was recommended by the man who refinished the piano after it was damaged in Hurricane Charley. Obtaining a quote was easy. I completed the quote request form on their website and received an e-mail quote later that day. It was followed up by a pleasant phone call, no pressure. Not only was their quote half the price of another company but they were able to pick up the piano in less than two weeks. The other company wasn't able to pick it up for four weeks. We were on a tight schedule. I was present at both the pick-up and delivery locations. The movers were extremely careful in their work. They really knew what they were doing and were in and out in no time. In addition, all the movers and Deby in the office were all quite pleasant and friendly. Most importantly, our piano arrived in Ohio safe and sound!
