Description of Work: Estimate was way higher than other bids. When I asked why I was told they added time to take up all the old flooring. All the old flooring had already been removed before the bid except a very small kitchen area.

Description of Work: Buffkin installed carpet in the hallway and the living room. They were so helpful in choosing the grade of carpet and pad and the color. Installers arrived on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up (and vacuumed) before they left. We will be using them to install other floor covering in the near future.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. They did an excellent job. They were very courteous, they were on time, they were very neat, they cleaned up, they were fast and efficient and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Their price was very reasonable.

 + -1 moreI covered most of this in the description above. Bottom line is if you are going to contract a tile job I recommend Buffkin from my experience.
Description of Work: Provide and install Kitchen back splash wall. Provide and install 1100 Sq. Ft of tile plus removal of wood floor and underlying tile floor.They had to move furniture and all appliances. Cover most of the house with plastic to reduce dust accumulated in tile removal. All employees were Buffkin employees with many years of experience. Very polite and hard working . The results were top notch professional. I gave the cost only a B because I could have done it cheaper, but the quality job was well worth the small extra amount. I understand a tile job can easily be done incorrectly.
