Aquatic Leak Detection

The company came many times, but couldn't find the leak. While the pool was leaking 1 inches of water everyday the day after the technician put a big strip of white stuff on the side of the pool, which made the pool looked ugly, and the leak got worse, from 1 inch water loss a week to 1 inch a day. The owner of the company jerked around, making 4 appointments, then didn't show up, didn't even bother with a phone call. When I called, he throws F-bombs and hung up the phone. so unprofessional to talk to a woman that way, rude and disrespectful. I end up to hire another company. Don't do business with this company, Aquatic leak detection, they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional.

Wonderfully! We highly recommend this company to anyone with a pool leak! We had two of their employees come to repair our pool and both were extremely professional and masters at their jobs! Maury arrived promptly, actually got into our pool and tested the various possible areas before diagnosing the leak in our jet return. He was very professional, friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the repair. Randy then came to do the actually repair. He was also was very prompt, friendly and took the time to explained the repair. He was did a fantastic job fixing our broken pipe. We would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone with pool leak issues.

Stephen has helped us numerous times. He always finds the leak and gets it taken care of. We have an older pool and he has done a great job stopping the leaks for us.

The first visit detected a leak in the deep end of pool which was repaired the same day for $300. The pool was still losing water. Upon calling the Aquatic Leak again, the second visit detected another leak in the spa area which was not detected on the first visit. This repair was an additional $500. Their web page states: "If We Can't Find All The Pool Leaks, It's Free!" They did not honor that and that statement should be removed from their web page! This is deceiving to consumers and they should be made aware.

Steven said to keep an eye on the pool level, he will guarantee his work for a month.

Prompt and got right to work. Very nice and professional. Is very knowledgeable of all pool operations and found the leak and repaired it.

He was on time, friendly and knowledgable. Kept me informed along the way of what he kept finding or not finding. He found a crack in our tile line and sealed it up.

I called Steven because I had some topsoil added to my yard to fill a deep circular hole (2 1/2 ft diameter. x 8 ft deep) that developed suddenly in my lawn after a rain storm. The hole was about 10 ft from the edge of my pool deck. The Dirt Contractor told me that I could have a pool leak. Steven was very professional, and explained the whole inspection process to me, and what he was looking for during his inspection. We determined that the deep hole wasn't caused by the leak that he repaired. Steven advised me to monitor my water level to see if I was losing any more water. I was very impressed when Steven donned his gear and went into the cold pool water to finish his inspection.

He was a gentleman. He is very professional at what he does and i would recommend him to any person. He is really awesome. He calls you before he arrives. He guarantees you 30 days after he has done the work. He is excellent. His price is very reasonable.

They were excellent. They were prompt in getting here. I have nothing but good things to say about him. We called, he came the next day, he came at the time he said he would - so he was punctual. He got right to work and he found the leaks. And he was right about where the leaks were. We've had our pool fixed and it doesn't leak anymore

He found an air leak on the return side of a residential pool. Air was being sucked in due to failed flex hose used in lieu of proper schedule 40 corner fitting. Two separate pool companies, an irrigation company and a plumber over 2 years could not accurately diagnose. He found it in 35 minutes. Dug to it within 6 inches and site was left pristine. He has the engineering education as well as the pressure testing and listening equipment to scientifically and methodically analyze your pool system. His experience is from working at cape canaveral on their liquid storage and distribution systems. He has a set fee. His additional fee to repair previous hillbilly no value added work arounds and the root cause was less then any of the failed vendors before would have charged.

They were great. They got here on time, diagnosed it, and it turned out to be something simple instead of expensive that run. It was good.

Mr. Sharpe called prior to his arrival, as promised. He arrived on-time and set to work directly. Using scuba apparatus, he "plumbed" the pool, finding two leaks. Steve indicated these were common areas for leakage to develop; this assuaged my apprehension of total pool failure! Using s two-part marine epoxy, the leaks were repaired. Setting of the epoxy required still water for 24 hours. Steve turned off the automatic filter timer for me....not difficult, I know...but appreciated. The site was returned to order as if no equipment/repairs had occurred. When I asked him how long the leak patches would last, he stated he would continue to back them, if need be. I would/will call Aquatic Leak Detection if I have problems in the future!

We suspected that we had a leak somewhere in our pool because it was losing water at a rapid rate. Steven showed up on the day and time he said he would, and immediately got into our pool. He found 2 leaks and fixed them. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. We recently purchased a home with a pool which was leaking. Steve thoroughly evaluated the pool to identify the cause of our leak. He identified the major cause of our leakage rather quickly and repaired it. Because the water level was low, he came back a second time (after we filled the pool) so that he could better evaluate the pool. He inspected the pool again and found an additional small leak. He also identified other problems regarding the pool that were not related to the leak. We're extremely pleased with our experience with Steve. He exceeded our expectations. I called Steven on Thursday, and he came out the next day! He came to my home at the time he said he would (which is rare these days). He called my cell to give me a heads-up that he was on his way. He dove my pool, took time to look over the entire surface to check for potential problems. He found the leak (in the skimmer), and fixed it. He discussed the leak location with me and how he fixed it, cleaned up after himself and told me to call him if there are any problems. I called Aquatic Leak Detection after noticing that my swimming pool was losing about 2 inches a week. The owner Steven answer the phone and was very polite and knowledgeable about swimming pools. I told him that I have had two other leak detection companies look at my pool and both said there was no leak and it was evaporation. Aquatic Leak Detection came out the net day on schedule and found a leak in the skimmer line in about 30 minutes. He showed me where the leak was and told me about ways to repair the leak properly. He fixed the leak in about 45 minutes without cutting my deck, digging, or draining my pool. I was told they were the best by 2 pool companies and they were right. I highly recommend using them to find and fix your swimming pool leak.

I called Aquatic Leak Detection after talking to my local Pinch A Penny pool supply store. They recommended Aquatic Leak Detection over any other swimming pool leak detection company, saying that they were the best and they use them all the time. Steven, the owner of the company answered the phone and was very knowledgeable. Steven asked me a series of questions like how long has my pool been leaking, how much water am I losing, and what features my pool has. He was very nice and I told him that I was losing a lot of water fast, he reassured me that he would be able to find the leak and everything was going to be ok. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and Steven told me he would call me 30 minutes in advanced to let me know he was on the way. The following day he called and showed up right on schedule. Steven was surprisingly knowledgeable about the whole pool and everything that was going on with it. He was very professional looking and drove a nice vehicle. I live in a upper class neighborhood so that was nice to see. After showing him the pool he suited up with a wetsuit and his tools and jumped in. After about 1 hour he knocked on my door and told me he found the leak. The leak was in a return plumbing line under the concrete slab so I feared the worst. He told me that we were lucky and the break was able to be repaired without cutting up my slab or draining my swimming pool. It took him about 30 minutes to fix and the pool was leak free! I would highly recommend using Steven with Aquatic Leak Detection for anyone who has a pool leak, he is wonderful and very polite.

Steven Sharpe was very helpful on the phone in the initial conversation. He was very helpful and was an expert in leak detection. He was well dressed and he was very polite to my family and I. He took about one hour to find the leak and was good to inform me of exactly where the leak was. He was also very clean and left no mess anywhere!
