Aaa Tub & Tile

Quoted me a VERY good price and only charged 25.00 to fix the imperfections. Looks like a brand new tub! I could not be happier with Cristy & Roger.Great job! Thank you!!!! Jim

After initial contact, the contractor said he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. The contractor never showed up and did not call. Finally, the next week, I called again and asked what happened. The contractor's wife said that the contractor did not write down or lost my phone number. Finally, the contractor agreed to show up the next day to look at the project, and provide an estimate. After some confusion, the contractor and his wife showed up and looked at the job. The contractor was very professional and courteous and said they would provide an estimate the next day, via email. Three days later, I had still not received the estimate and called the contractor and his wife answered. She explained they had been having problems with their email provider (Yahoo) and that they would resolve ASAP and send again. Still, I never heard back from them, nor did I receive the estimate. I assumed by this point that they either did not need the work, or they were so inefficient that I did not want to do business with them. At this point, if I had given them the job, I would fear they would have every excuse for not doing the job on time, or ever completing it.

They did an absolutely fantastic job, and were very professional!

I called AAA Tub and Tile and explained to them I had a bathtub that had some damage and a bit of rust and needed to be completely resurfaced. They gave me a quote and we set up a date the following week. They confirmed the appointment the day before. They arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were very careful when they worked and the finished product looked like brand new. I believe they had to do a bit more work than they originally thought but did not charge me more than the quoted price.

I had originally called for an estimate but had to leave a message. Two weeks went by and no call. I called again and spoke to the owner Christy said they had been very busy. She set up a day and an hour in which he would arrive. The day came and the hour went by. No phone call. I CALLED the office and she said sorry but he will be running late. Duhhhh!! He finally showed up and scoped out the job. He said he would call me in a couple of days with the estimate. Well....two weeks went by again and I HAD TO CALL THEM!! The owner Christy said that they have been really busy (again)! I told her 'I didn't understand how anybody can be that busy to ignore a customer. I said anybody can take 3 minutes to make a phone call to keep a potential customer.' She didn't like that so SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! Can you believe that? Talk about THE most unprofessional thing you could do to a customer of any kind. All I could think about was.............If I had hired them anyway, would they have even showed up? Or would they start the job and take way too long to finish it and I would be without a shower? Do yourself a favor and ............THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO HIRE THEM!!

This is a rental house, so I did not want to spend a lot of time/money on this project. I was pleased to get the estimate over the phone after describing the condition of the tub. I am very happy with the results, and would hire them again.

The work turned out great. They did it in a timely manner and it looks great.
