Richard is not only an excellant contractor, but also a warm, genuine and honest person who really cares about providing nothing but the best for his clients. I have been working with him for a year, and he has always kept me apprised of progress, who is doing each project, provides detailed statements about how much money went to each project, calls with any issue before progressing, and ALWAYS answers his phone every time I call. He provides me with the cell phone numbers for every person in charge of each project. He and his entire crew have the patience of saints, as my work schedule often keeps me from answering a call or calling them back in a timely manner. Richard has gone over and beyond my expectations concerning the complete remodeling of my outside landscaping and adding on to my house. He has always made several recommendations and options in different price ranges so I have choices and can make informed decisions. He answers every question, no matter how mundane, and explains every step in the process so I know what to expect. In addition, he is well aware of the procedures involving permits, county requirements and what needs to be done at every stage of construction, and keeps me informed of the process of obtaining permits, inspections, etc. He is meticulous about adhering to the laws of every county. He even found an issue that was overlooked in the original construction of my house and arranged to take care of it, not because he had to, but because it 'was the right thing to do'. I am so grateful to his attention to detail because this oversight could have cost me thousands of dollars in the future. I have two other houses that will need work, one of which will need extensive remodeling. I would not have any other company but RichardSean Construction complete the work. I completely trust the company, their office staff, their crews, and the people in charge. They are always polite, know their jobs well and have always treated me with the utmost respect and have given me any and all information before I even have to ask. This is the most transparent company with whom I have worked. I recommend them to everyone !
