We used them about 2 years ago. Previous experience: There are two tiny bathroom windows that were difficult to provide standard window treatments for. However, Windows by Grace was able to measure and create the perfect window treatments for both bathroom windows, and after they created these custom, in their factory, these were installed by this company in less than half an hour. These only took a week to order, custom crafted by this company, and professionally done. I am completely happy with all that they do. Thank you, so much for a job well done. I will definitely buy more from this company, as soon as my budget allows. Two years later. New experience: We called them back to do all of our windows. They kept us on file, and remembered what we ordered from before. We were able to install the same verticals as were installed in our bathroom throughout our entire home. I was impressed about the record-keeping that allowed us to match the verticals that were installed two years prior. First, the owner came out to the home and measured the verticals. A few weeks later, after they were custom-made, they called to schedule avisit to install the verticals. We do animal rescue, and are part of the TNR Program (Trap, neuter/spay and then release back to the wild). We are impressed how well these verticals lasted two years with all the stress the animals put them through. The ones purchased at the store never lasted like the ones in the bathroom installed by “Windows by Grace.” We are all so happy the company remembered the verticals ordered, previously, and how quickly these same verticals were installed throughout our home. We hope the new verticals last just as long as the ones that are still in new condition inside our bathroom. Very well. First install was problematic. They came out 3 times to assure installation met my expectations.

Service was great from the initial phone call through installation. 8 windows were installed and only took about 3.5 hrs with 6 being a bit complicated to install.

Estimate given on 2/22nd and installation took place on 3/3rd at my request;tracks were actually ready to be installed on 2/26th (super fast turnaround!) Replaced (1) extra long vertical blind track in my living room and (2) smaller ones in my master bedroom. Installation went smooth and Mike & Grace took all of the old tracks with them. Will definitely use again in the future.

Everything went very smoothly. Mike and Grace are the BEST! The measurements were right on spot, the products are top quality Hunter Douglas, the installation was on time, clean and perfect ,and the service provided by EVERYONE was fantastic. This is the place to go if you want good, quality workmanship and good, quality installation. A++++++++ local business. I'll be seeing them again.

Curains were done very nicely, I could not be more pleased made a huge different in my house. Karen help me out with everything could not have done this without her help, she made suggestion gave her opinion double and triple checked very pleasant to work with. They also did my window treat and those were perfect Mike put them up so fast and very well done. I would use them again without hesitation.

Installation did an excellent job. Only took them 1 1/2 hrs. The did lose the order and the installation was delayed a week but would use them again. Also, received an Angies List discount..

Grace came on time and had a lot of samples and gave me an estimate and I thought everything was fair. In a timely manner they had the blinds ready and they called and made arrangements to install. They were on time and installed all the blinds and all rooms look great. Fabulous job, love them.

I was very happy with the service. Grace Bowers came to my home right on time with many samples to choose from, measured the windows and answered all my questions. Mike Bowers took care of the installation, and couldn't have been more professional and pleasant. He even bundled the old vanes and put them out in my trash, and took the metal tracks for recycling. I like dealing with small, local businesses and the fact that the Bowers use American made vanes is a real plus. It was a pleasure to deal with Windows by Grace.

Not sure what to make of my experience with this company. I called for an estimate. She showed up on time, gave me a reasonable price and left. I called the next day and left a message asking where I could view some samples online of the blinds we were discussing. Never heard back from her. Oh well, sometimes messages get lost, right? Called a week later and said we were ready to go ahead and have the work done. She said she would e-mail me a written work order. That was over a week ago and I have never gotten an e-mail or a phone call. And at our last contact I made sure she had my correct contact info. Lousy follow-up. Maybe a $1000 job is peanuts to them, I don't know. Obviously I would not recommend them.

Mike was on time and had the new tracks installed in less than one hour. He was very knowledge and professional.

Grace provided the best prices but as soon as she found out I was getting estimates from more than one company, she developed an attitude and did not want to deal with me anymore. I ended up going with Blinds of Alll Kinds. Although the prices were slightly higer, the customer service and listening to my needs was much better at Blinds of All Kinds

I had four Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades which were installed in 1996 by a different firm. They were not raising and lowering correctly and I called Windows by Grace for repair. Mike arrived onsite the next day and repaired three onsite and took one back to their shop for repair. He was on time, and very knowledgeable as he had a Master's Lever I and II certification from Hunter Douglas. I will give them all my business in the future. I recommend them to anyone for window treatment repairs.

Im new to the area and called Windows by Grace as they are close to my new home, Grace came out, measured, we talked about different options and she helped me choose the right window treatment for our home. They were excellent. They gave prompt service and came when they said they would. They did a great job installing the shutters.

Working with Grace was a joy. From the first day when the windows were measured, to completion of the job, there were zero problems. She didn't pressure me at all to do high-end custom shutters or blinds. She told me all the options and prices up front. And she helped me pick the perfect colors. I am completely satisfied with everything. I will definitely use Grace again for other windows in my house.

She is very reasonably priced and does good work. She stands by her work and is willing to resolve any issues--for instance, I had some blinds that had broken and she came back and fixed them free of charge.
