Critical of other local stores. Criticized other store products saying that theirs was superior but no reasons why. Mispronounced some of the products which indicated to me that they were unfamiliar with the product. They came across as amateurs to me. I like to support local business when and where I can but for musical product needs I end up getting better service and support from online operators.
Description of Work: Advised on musical instrument and accessory purchase inquiries. I was looking but didn't buy.

They are a great store and they are one of two people I have talked to in there. They are professional and they know what they are doing.
