Description of Work: We sold our house through them. They were excellent. Promptly returned phone calls and had good recommendations for who to use for an estate sale and handyman to fix up the house prior to sale.

I have interacted with Andy Waterman and his assistants for more than 15 years with no unpleasant experiences. I have never been a customer or client of Waterman Real Estate so I can only speak as a fellow REALTOR.

 + -1 moreWe have been looking for a home since August. We moved into my mother's home in Palm Bay in June after she passed away last October. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home. We have 3 teenage children and it is small for us. We still have a pod with funiture and boxes filled with things from our Tn move. Vera helped me to define what I like and don't like, what is a good price and what is not. We looked at a ton of homes in West Melbourne and Palm bay from short sales to foreclosures to those that were just listed. We have a contract on a house here in Palm bay that is 4 bedroom 2 bath. We can't wait to close. Our closing date is Dec.17, 2010 or sooner. We will be using Vera to sell our present home. She is so organized and talented, very upbeat and has alot of energy. Very patient too with someone who was not sure whether I wanted a small community or a larger one.
Description of Work: Our real estate agent Vera Koon was an amazing agent. She helped with everything and really looked out for us as we searched for a new home. She had a wealth of information and was very wise considering all the short sales and foreclosures in the real estate market. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, efficient agent.
