He did a great job. We ran out of tile and he got creative and used another tile to create a really nice pattern.

He did an excellent job. Not quite finished. We are waiting on the granite slab for the hearth seat.

well Pretty well. Did finish on time , but with reservation. First day, sent helper home early. Took a two hour lunch and left early. Second day he did finish as promised but seemed to rush a bit for lost time the day before. Nice guy, would probably hire again.

Victor came to us on a recommendation from a local real estate agent. We brought him in to handle various maintenance tasks and repairs in our condominium as part of our preparations for renting it out. His professionalism and attention to detail in his work made it seem like he was treating our property as his own. We decided to expand the scope of the project by having him re-tile our master bathroom. Victor put in extra hours, working late and even on weekends to ensure that the project stayed on schedule, despite additional tasks we added to our to-do list. We are extremely pleased with his work and would enthusiastically recommend him to any friends or friends in need of an excellent contractor. As a satisfied customer, we are very happy with the results.

Job went extremely well. Victor carefully removed floor tiles and 1 level of wall tile being extra careful to preserve existing wall tile. He guided us on how much floor and wall tile we had to select & purchase. During this phase, he came to our condo at each request to ensure we bought correct type and amount of tiles. He wonderfully raised the floor of the shower (unexpected) and created the drainage slope. Then expertly installed all the new tiles! Shower floor looks great and the water drains like it's supposed to. If not for raising the floor, entire job would have taken 4 days.

Victor came over the same day we talked to him, on a Sunday, to inspect the tiles. Within a few hours he sent us a quote. The next day or so his daughter came ahead of him to start the work, marking tiles to be replaced and ones that needed to have an adhesive injected into the grout so they would stick to the floor. They were professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way.

Victor came by the next day after we called him. He reviewed our situation, explained how he could re-lay the tiles and apply material to prevent other tiles from lifting up. We were extremely satisfied with his work, price and professionalism. We plan to replace a few rooms of tile in the near future and Victor is the man who will do the job for us!

From start to finish, Vic is a man of high integrity and and a driving desire to please his clients. Over the two weeks that Vic was in our home, he was always professional, always concerned that we were pleased with his work, and he ALWAYS ensured the highest quality work at a competitive price. We gave Vic the keys to our home and each when we would come it was like Christmas!!! There was never a day where we said to one another, "I wonder if Vic was here today?" Great experience. Victor was professional and thorough, Showed up as promised and completed all work timely. He was conscious of cleaning up after the job and all looks good as new.

Victor and his daughter were both as professional and respectful as any consumer could ask for. From initial phone call to completed job was less than 72 hours. Very rare for any home improvement professionals to complete this day and age. There is no doubt the amount of work they both did was more than reasonable any home owner could ask for. they are making false claims never contacted us at all. Much less preformed any work.

This was a terrible experience. Approximately 20 tiles have chips and about 10 tiles are uneven, some very badly. Company refuses to return to repair problems. I would avoid this company at all cost.

This was our second time hiring Victor due to our great experience the first time. He is a busy man but was able to quickly get here for a quote and came on the weekend to finish the job. Will continually recommend and hire for all tile jobs in the future.

Victor responded quickly and scheduled an appointment to estimate the job. Ours was a small job so he worked it into his schedule when he could. He completed the work on time and did an excellent job.

Victor did an amazing job with the tile!! The floor turned out better than I had hoped. He had recently lost his apprentice so that may be why he was slow to respond to calls, but he always responded to emails by the end of the day. I will definitely call him when we decided to to some more tile work.
