Great work at a fair price

Victor did an excellent job. He took care of any problems quickly, and his work was superior. We have been through several remodels. His cost was reasonable, work was stunning when done, and we are very pleased. We intend to use his company again.

I contacted Mr.Demick because of all the positve reviews, and he had given me a very good quote to tile my entire house and agreed to fit me into his busy schedule since I was on a time crunch. I had removed the baseboard and instead requested the tile to be set right against the wall and finished with a groutline. Mr Demick said no problem, however later claimed he never had encountered such a request before and that it was a difficult job. He also immediately subbed out the tile job to somebody else who did not do a very clean job and left a lot of splatters that remain visible even after several cleanings. He also had his unsupervised apprentice finish the groutwork but did not follow up to check the work. When I suggested he go around to check the work (because there were still several gaps left) he said he had no time. All in all I feel the job lasted too long and Mr. Demick only showed up when I called him, always late and then appeared in a hurry to go to another job. He did say several times that he guarantees his work, but when I asked about a hollow tile he would not replace it because it was too much work (next to tiolet base) and assured be it would not break. When I suggested additional quality control for the rest of the house again he stated he had no time. So I would probably not recommend.

Vic and his team did a superior job. His experience and craftsmanship is evident in the finished installation. Competitive pricing. Very happy with the result. This is our second experience working with Vic. We have some additional tile work coming in the future and he is a the only tile contractor I will ever need to call.

Mr. Demick was polite, professional, and attentive, and his price was fair. The work did not go as quickly as I had hoped - but that was due to more under-tile filler being needed than had been originally estimated - and that took ordering more. Overall, however, I was very pleased and will likely (when I can afford it!) hire him to completely replace all of the floor tiles - a job over which he will have complete control and for which he can better address the cracks-due-to-settling issues which probably exist under more area than has, thus far, been evidenced.

The entire process took a couple of days, but since I had other repairs to do around the house I didn't mind. I would definitely use Victor again.

Victor and his daughter did what it took to make it right. The floor was more slanted and had several dips than initially thought because it is an 50's home. He not only was a professional about the additional needs but found great solutions to unanticipated problems. There was a slight increase in the initial quote but it was extremely fair.

This team is top notch. They take pride in their work and do not rush the job. They want the end result to be perfect and for the homeowner to be delighted. And we are. Do not hesitate to hire these skilled craftsmen. Excellent work for a very fair price. You will not be disappointed.

Got off to bumpy start scheduling but we were both flexible and Vic was able to accommodate me within a couple of days instead of a couple weeks as first expected. Got the job done quickly at a reasonable price.

We love our new floors. Victor and his crew did a great job on our floors. They gapped the tile at 1/16" and it looks great. Several people have already mistaken it for wood. There were a couple unexpected delays, and Victor was always quick to let us know of the status. Overall it may not have been the fastest possible install, but the quality is well worth the wait.

This was the most professional and most skilled tile removal and installation service I have ever had in my 70 years! The superb knowledge, skills and abilities of Mr. Demick, who runs his own business and has done his own work for 40 years is evident in the work product. Additionally, he protected home from tile dust during removal, leaving a clean and complete job. Mr. Demick was on-time and very reliable. I would not hesitate to use his services again and to recommend him to others who want a, no kidding, superb tile job. He knows what he is doing!! I thought the price for his work was quite fair (I had him do a prior job that cost around $700 and included labor and materials). I would expect to pay more for this kind of quality work. If you need tile work, call him!

The tile work was installed so that it was not level the first time and had to be torn up and redone. The last time he came out and left there were gaping holes in the grout and he did not take responsibility for his work and would not respond to us.
