It came out good. He did a great job explained everything to me what he's going to do and the procedure. He did a great job overall. The price should have been 250 dollars and when they came back they asked for another 250 dollars and I thought it was really expensive for the job that they've done. I would definitely hire them again if they will give me a fair price.

United Water Restoration Group did a good job of drying out the rooms, but they made more damage in the meantime. It's just that they messed up the paint, the moldings on the two surrounding rooms, and they didn't really have to and it cost me a lot of work instead of them banging holes in the drywall. He told me a team would be here to put everything back and nobody ever contacted me. They really overcharged the insurance company and gave them a quote for $7000, but the insurance company got it down to something like $5,000. They put in a lot of fans and humidifiers and they left it on for six days which was too long. I won't be using them again. They created a lot of damage. They ripped off the wall and the carpet was soaking wet and they dried it out and they insisted on taking out one of the carpets in the bedroom and throwing it out. They ripped off all the molding and they went to an adjacent bathroom that wasn't even affected and they ripped off the molding and said it was moisture. It wasn't a good experience. It was a "D" experience. They were supposed to come back out with a separate team and then charge me a lot of money to do it and instead I hired a handyman, but they never contacted me to come back. They left the bi-fold doors off the closet, left the furniture out of the room, and I had to hire people to put everything back.
