Tracy Hewett and Sons tree service are number one in my book. They gave me a great estimate. They showed up when they said they would. They did more than what they said they would do, at no extra cost. The clean up was excellent and I am an extremely satisfied customer. I will use Tracy Hewett again if needed. Their word is their bond and they're are 100% honest.

We where very impressed with Tracy Hewitt and sons tree service. They where prompt, courteous and went above and beyond our expectations. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone. It was a very difficult job and we'll worth the money.

He was on site at all times and communicates very well with his customers. We'll call him again.

Called and actually spoke to Tracy and his wife to about getting a quote for cutting up a tree that had blown over during the hurricane. I had other company's come out and give me quotes 2 - 3 times the amount Tracy quoted. Once the contract was signed Tracy and his team were at my house in one business day and had the work completed in less than two hours. I would definitely hire Tracy Hewett again for any other tree service work needed.

Tracy Hewitt and Sons, are without a doubt, the most outstanding Tree Removal team in Florida! We had an 80’ Oak tree that was spit after Hurricane Irma, and was in danger of falling apart in two directions. Tracy and his crew, despite the enormous workload of emergency jobs they worked after Hurricane Irma, where tornado activity had decimated dozens of trees in affected neighborhoods, were actually able to come out to our location on the island and in rapid fashion, a team of six excellent workers took to task safely and expertly removing all tree parts, cutting down all branches and trunk lengths to a four foot length for compliant curb side pickup. All tree parts were neatly stacked with the other storm debris and followed up by an outstanding thorough stump grinding. The added benefit is the free mulch left over after the grinding is awesome! Highly recommend Tracy Hewitt and Sons for all your tree service needs.

I would not hire them to pull a weed in my yard!!! My wife walked into our living room and saw a man sitting in our chair on our patio and 5 other guys in our back yard. My wife called me and we determined they were there to cut down some trees in the area behind our house (not my property). Not once did they knock on our door or attempt to let us know they would be on our property. I asked my wife to let me talk to who was in charge who just happened to be the guy sitting on our patio Tracy Hewett himself. He never once apologized and hung up on me. I left work to come home and speak with him at which time he was rude,yelled at me and told me I was just causing problems.The owners people skills are horrible and I would not suggest giving him any business!!!

The reason for my review is that Tracy Hewett called me back. It just took a few days and one of the other companies had already done the work. Most of the companies never called back. In some cases, I couldn't even leave a message because their mailbox was full. Tracy Hewett gets kudos from me for calling back. I will definitely consider using Tracy Hewett & Sons Tree Service in the future.

Tracy Hewett's crew was doing work at my neighbor's home. He made a fair estimate and they did the work after completing the neighbor's house. The tree was trimmed beautifully. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away very professionally. They work together very well. It is an impressive family business.

After several calls to other companies and them not showing up as scheduled, I called Tracy Hewett and got an immediate response. They were here the next day and had all the work completed in a few hours.

The crew did a great job. Trees look better, the crew cleaned up, and price was reasonable.

I called Tracy Hewett & Sons Tree Service Monday, July 3 at 11:54 am and spoke with female representative about scheduling tree trimming service. Work was set for Thursday July 6, first thing in the morning. July 6, I waited around until late morning and nobody showed up. At 10:38 am I called to check on the status of the crew. Female representative apologized and rescheduled for Monday July 10. NO SHOW again, so I called at the end of the day and was informed by male representative they don't do tree trimming on Mondays and my job was on the calendar for Thursday July 13. Thursday July 13 at 2:15 pm, Female representative called me and stated I would be contacted by work crew and wanted to confirm my address. Representative also stated, if they did not get to it Today (Thursday July 13) the crew would be out first thing in the morning (Friday, July 14). Crew never called or showed up Friday. Friday at 6:24 pm, I called the company and left a message along with contact information and phone number. Called again Monday, nothing. NO call back NOTHING. Fortunately, I found another company who was eager for my business.

I have hired them for several years and have always been satisfied with their work.

The crew was very skilled and professional. Cleanup was excellent. Everything was hauled away and the pool deck cleaned of any debris.

They were very fast in providing the estimate and did the work the next day. Extremely friendly and a good price. They cleaned up everything. The only problem was the estimator wasn't with the work crew so they didn't do it exactly the way we discussed, but it was still very good. If possible, be present when the work is getting done, if it's not straight-forward.

He arrived Friday morning and called telling me the limb was small and was just caught in the tree, not allowing it to fall to the ground. He climbed the tree and removed the limb. The best part is he did not charge me a dime. I would hire him again.

Tracy Hewett & Sons is a true family business that really cares about treating their customer right.....the job was priced fairly, they have real good trucks and equipment. and the crew which was led by son Austin was totally skilled and knew exactly what they were doing.....also as stated in other reviews clean up was thorough and complete....Tracy himself came by to meet me and check the work site.....definitely will hire again and refer to neighbors.....

While some competing estimates were less, Hewett came highly recommended so I chose them. Tracy provided an estimate on Monday, ground the stump the same day and then completed the remaining pruning before lunch on Tuesday. It has been less than a week and I've received numerous compliments from neighbors on how well the oak tree looks. All debris was removed same day as well. Will definitely use again.

I have worked with Tracy and his family for 10 years now and they are the best. Being a family business, there are so no subs and no surprises. The prices are fair, they come when they say and clean up and haul away everything. They are amazing. A true pleasure to do business with.

I wish every business that came to my house was as much a joy to work with as this family. Tracy and his crew were punctual, respectful and in no hurry to rush the job. The work was done exactly as stated in the quote. They did a great job in staying safe and cleaning up afterwards. I truly look forward to having them come back for future work at my home. Of note, Tracy has a special love for oak trees and is very meticulous in how he trims the oaks.

It was refreshing to see such an impressive work ethic at its best. What a great group of people working in a family owned and operated business. The pride in workmanship was amazing. All were very polite and professional and the work is first quality. All members took pride in knowing I was satisfied before they left. Great family, great business and great work!

In what seemed like a few minutes all the stumps were removed; couldn't ask for better or more prompt service. I have many trees and will use him again.

This is a very responsive and professional crew! I called Friday morning before Christmas expecting to leave a message, but not only did my call get answered, the owners arrived at my house 30 minutes later to give an estimate. The price was more than fair for the level of effort required. The owners and crew arrived the morning after Christmas as we had arranged on Friday. They got right down to work, and made sure they would have as small an impact on the rest of the yard as possible. Working through some rain showers, they were able to get two full trailer loads and clean everything up in only 5 hours. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to maintain or remove their trees!

Tracy was here in less than an hour and his crew was here shortly after that to take down a large tree that surely would have taken out the power lines and a fence. Fast, affordable, friendly. I will hire Tracy Hewett and Sons for all my tree work in the future and will recommend to others.
