Tracey Hewett & Sons did exactly what they promised. Very efficient getting a big job done.

Tracy and his wife arrived the day before, explained the process involved in removing mistletoe from an oak tree and gave me a price. For anyone that has an oak tree, especially a wateroak, if you see dark green clumps growing within your tree, call Tracy fast!! These are parasitic plants and will eventually kill your beautiful oak. I had a tree company come out the year before and never told me how debilitating mistletoe was to a tree and he made it sound like it was a common occurrence. The tree is green with new growth now and Tracy even said that he would come out in June to take a look and see how the tree was faring. Licensed and insured company that is a local owned family run business. Does require a portion of the job cost up front ~ I gave him $ 100.00 on a $ 500.00 job. They were good with that. The company has the right equipment to do the job, cleaned up extremely well and hauled away all of the debris. They also made sure to move planters and other yard decorations before starting the job and also put them back. Will call again the next time I need any kind of tree service. Thanks to Tracy for a job well done :)

Process was smooth. Tracy and wife returned calls when promised, arrived to estimate cost as scheduled and work was performed quickly. They missed several small climps of mistletoe but returned promptly to remove it when I told them.. They cleaned up lawn and trucked away all debris. Very professional. I would use them again without question.

Mr. Hewett respond to my call immediately and promptly came over my house and explained the procedure in detail and provided a written estimate. The very next day received and email from his insurance company with documentation about his insurance and my job. We agree on a day within the week and they arrived promptly on friday. Perform an outstanding job without disturbing us or the neighbors. Once the completed the trim work they picked up all the debris and explained what they have done.

We called them on the telephone, and they were able to see us the next day or within a couple of days, compared to 2-3 weeks, that another service quoted to us. We told them what we wanted done, they quoted us and was in and out within 1-1/2 to 2 hours. They came and cleaned everything up and hauled all of the debris away. The quickest that I have ever seen a company come and do it. Something that took a 2 man crew from another company all day to do and $750, and they came in and knocked it out quick and cost us a fraction of that cost. Thanks Tracey Hewett for making it quick and affordable!!

They did an absolutely fabulous job. They were extremely friendly and courteous. They were on time, and they cleaned up everything and hauled it way. The trees look wonderful! I will definitely call them the next time I need tree trimming services.

The trees look incredible. They removed all of the berries and old fronds and trimmed the top very neatly.

I called and spoke to Tracy and after a quick education of tree trimming, he came over in less than an hour and told me everything he was going to do and why he was going to do it that way. One of his crew members also showed me some pictures of other work sites on his phone. I asked about some additional work and after some very quick price discussion, we agreed on a price and start date. The crew showed up the next day and did the job in less time than expected and were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. We then discussed an additional side job, that they estimated well within my expected price. Tracy then followed up with a call the next evening to ensure everything was to my liking. Very pleasant family owned and operated business that I enjoyed working with.

The trees now look like a work of art. They were perfectly clean and were very polite. They were very helpful people. I would recommend them to anyone who has oak trees.

I apologize for not having time to write details, front to end, to describe the process but suffice it to say, I would not have changed anything.

I found them on Angie’s list and they are incredible. They are wonderful. They are very reasonably priced. They are immaculate when it comes to clean up. There are there when they say they are going to be there. I mean I would rate them very highly. I was very happy to find them. I have given them a lot of service; I spent at least $83000 with them. They are very honest and reliable. I was very very fortunate to find them. They have an excellent family run business and they work really well together. You won’t even know they had been here, except your tree is gone. They really clean up, and that is lot to a lot of people which is very important.

Called and requested an estimate. Showed up on time and we came to a mutually agreed price. Would definitely hire again.

Expect Tracy to do what is good for the trees and shrubs. He will not strip them.
