+ -1 moreShould have learned from our first experience. The washer and dryer showed up three years ago, only to have a bad part on the washer resulting in Top Line having to refurbish their "supposed" refurbished washer immediately. We then went to them again this summer, put another refurbished washer and dryer into a rental property only to have our tenant try to use the washer and the part which controls the spin cycle does not work resulting in replacement parts costing more than we paid for the entire refurbished pair. Top Line, of course, refuses to do anything as it is out of their 30 day warranty, which is fine, just figure I should let everyone know who is considering using this company, when they say it's refurbished...it's most likely refurbished to the point it can barely run so they can get it off their floor. If you're buying a new unit, I'm sure this store would be okay.
Description of Work: We purchased a refurbished washer and dryer from Top Line about three years ago, and also purchased another refurbished set this summer.
