Description of Work: Evaluate condition of flat roof and provide recommendations for repair if required

Description of Work: I had two larger size solar attic fans installed. His men showed up on time and were polite and professional. They were experienced with solar attic fans and answered my questions. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Installed solar powered attic fan. Seems to be working at cooling the attic and helping keep the house cooler. Waiting for the next electric bill!

Description of Work: They replaced some rotten wood in the fascia on our home, they were quick and efficient and after the painting was finished it looks fantastic.

Description of Work: Removed vinyl siding from my chimney. Removed the shingles from around the chimney. Repaired/replaced the wood if necessary. Installed new underlayment needed. Replaced all of the flashing with new aluminum flashing. Used Owens Corning Desert Tan Dimensional shingles to replaced those removed. Reinstalled the siding. Sealed any sections of roof near the repair where needed. | |I have a one year warranty on the repair work. I have had very little rain since the work was completed. The summer heavy rains of 2015 will determine how well the work was performed. I'll let you know in early Novermber 2015, if I had water leaking onto my Great-room ceiling.

Description of Work: Highly recommend this roofing company. We had 2 leaking skylights replaced, we supplied the skylights that we had purchased, and they did the installation. They were on-time, very efficient and cleaned up all debris. They even took pictures of the newly installed skylights with my cell phone for me that I needed for insurance purposes :-)

Description of Work: Re-roofed my rental house. Price was good. The roof itself is good. The report for insurance was good. But I knock them down for responsiveness and professionalism for the same reason. In the back of the house there is an area that needed flashing. I showed the owner and he agreed. He said he'd get the flashing installed ASAP. I had no reason to doubt him as he'd been very good up to this point. I did not go back to the house until months later. Unfortunately the flashing was still missing. I did not contact him again as time had passed. But the fact remains he said he'd do it and he did not.
