 + -1 moreMy Malwarebytes program would not open and was infected. I have used Steve in the past and he is awesome. I called on Monday and he came by the next morning. It took him an hour to correct the problem. He even added another free program to clean the computer. He knows what he's doing and is fair with his prices. And the fact that he makes house calls is so convenient.

 + -1 moreSteve did a great job restoring my computer to the way I had it before Windows and a virus messed it up! Thank heavens for Mark AND he comes to your home so you can make sure everything is connected and working perfectly.
Description of Work: Cleaned up virus and other unnecessary files. Put things back as I had them before.

 + -1 moreSteve removed the malware (which had a threat (requesting $200.00 to remove with FBI warning and barrel of revolver pointing out if you can imagine). He installed malwarebytes free edition -- the virus protection I had wasn't sufficient. He is very knowledgeable, has worked on my neighbors computers also. He comes to your house and if he can't repair it there he takes it with him and in a couple of days he returns it. I will definitely use him in the future for any computer problems.

 + -1 moreSteve Swift is amazing! He really knows what he's doing and explains it all as he's going through the process. He came to my house and spent almost 2 hours here, all for $95. I cannot believe how fast my computer is working now! I am sooo happy! No more aggravation! I highly recommend him if you have any computer problems!!!

 + 0 moreHe explains upfront his fees, what is involved in repairs and diagnosis, and when you can expect the work to be completed. Also, his service is mobile - so you don't have to unhook and drop your computer off unless you choose to. He is honest, reliable, inexpensive, and he knows his technology.
Description of Work: Steve Swift has come to my rescue twice. Both times he has quickly and inexpensively fixed my completely nonworking computers. This time, my computer was loaded with unused programs and files so I thought it was time to do some spring cleaning. I tried deleting software programs which resulted in loosing a needed DLL program causing the computer to lock up. I couldn't keep the computer running long enough to reinstall the DLL and eventually the computer completely locked up. I called Steve to the rescue. He hooked it up to his Master Computer, ran his diagnostics, cleaned it up, defragged it, prayed over it just kidding), dumped stuff, etcetera, until it ran like a charm!
