The company was very responsive. They reviewed my project, provided me options with a quote. They quickly processed all paperwork to include permitting. Made sure they found the property pins and installed a straight strong beautiful fence! - I enjoy my backyard again!

Great, they did the work near the quoted date (a little early actually) which was after hurricane Matthew. They did a great job and helped maintain the gate I also bought from them a year earlier.

Installers were accommodating, professional and did the job as requested. Office staff not the friendliest. I am in customer service and know how important it is to try and relay over the phone a positive and cordial attitude.

The work was done with total care and precision. The workers were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves each day. The workers kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

We are very pleased with our new fence and gates and highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail. The staff, Glen (estimator), Dino (installer), and Stephanie (office assistant), were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. Superior's price was reasonable and comparable to other estimates we had received, and the quality of their fence materials and hardware appear to be of better quality than what you can purchase at the big box home improvement stores.

Superior Fence was great from start to finish. They were professional and punctual beginning with the estimate. Then once we signed up, even though they were backed-up due to the hurricane, they came out and removed our fallen fence right after we signed the contract for no extra fee. All other contractors we talked to either told us they couldn't remove the old fence until they installed the new fence, or that it would cost a fee to do so. Next, Stephanie in their office did a great job keeping us updated with status, and they were able to move us up when they had an opening in their schedule. Finally, the installers came out and were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and explained everything well. The final product looks great - exactly as advertised. Highly recommended!

Everything went great ! From the timely estimate, communication, on time delivery,the installation down to the clean up. All permits and inspections coordinated by their helpful office personnel . This company uses their own installers,does not,hire part time installers !!

The company/installers handled everything. They handled the permits, the tear down of the old fence, the installation, the clean up and we were informed every step of the way. The installers we had were very professional, prompt and did an excellent job in a short time frame.

Very professional. Provided the expected service at the agreed price and schedule. They were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. When the gate closing spring broke, they replaced it immediately. The spring broke again but I have not asked them to replace it, the gate is fine without it.

The office staff is horrible. Kim the sales rep was great, but once she gets your check you will never hear from her again. She won't return a call or answer a question. When Kim sold us the fence she stated it would be 4-6 weeks before installation. On the 6th week after leaving message after message I finally asked to speak to a manager who told me it would be another 2 weeks. I said no my contract states 4-6 weeks and if you can't hold to that I want my money back and I will go somewhere else. Well magically they could come do my fence tomorrow! The workers showed up on time and were great. I'm actually very happy with the work they did and the timeliness. Now that the job is done I've been trying for 4 weeks to get my survey back. No one answers at the office and when they do its yes we will send it right out. (Didn't even ask my name, I had to say well do you want my name so you know whose survey to send out??) If you are ok with fighting the office every step of the way go for it, but I would not recommend them to my family. It really stinks when a company does great work, but can't manage their office.

Will not warranty their work. Repeated calls were not returned. Fence material too thin. Cracks too easily (see pics). I've cracked it with a weed wacker. Very little support on fence post. They dig a hole, pour powdered cement in hole, stand post in powder, then add water to hole. I had one post sink, they came out and said they repaired it. It sunk back down. They want to send me a quote to repair it for a price. Now look at it (see pics). Again, they will not honor their work. Choose another fence installer. My community Facebook site will also see these notes.

Everything went very well. From Kim the Sales representative to Stephanie in the office, the initial bid went well. I felt the price was good and I liked the "Active Yards" concept. The installers Bud and JJ were excellent and respectful of my concerns at every juncture. Most importantly, the job was done correctly and I am very happy with the results. They all seem to go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the process and results. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Not satisfied at all. Even though the weather was bad, seemed to be a rush rush job. Fence is missing top covers and a pole is not even cemented into the ground. Fence is rocking very bad. Was told someone would be out to repair and nothing yet. I called the office several times and still no resolution. I plan on talking to the manager this time and not Stephanie. Will elevate this matter to the city and legal. Have already paid them and work is not completed. Not happy at all.

Superior did a wonderful job installing my new gate. I was replacing a section of existing fence with a gate. Because the opening was 10' wide, I was concerned about how sturdy two gate doors would be. Joe, my sales rep, suggested I go with a removable center post. That ended up being a great idea. From the moment I signed the contract until the gate was complete, the process was smooth and easy. I received emails at phone calls at each step of the way letting me know where I was in the queue. On the appointed day, Scott the installer showed up on time, and went over the installation paperwork. We made a few minor adjustments to how everything was to be installed and he went to work. A few hours later I had a great looking new gate installed. I am very pleased with the materials and workmanship.

Excellent. The fence looks and works great. They were fast, efficient and attentive.

Took the time to measure and provide suggestions on how to enclose the area in our yard and the three gates we wanted included. Came out several times when we made changes to the size of the area to be enclosed. They were extremely patient with us and our change requests. Ordered our fence material and were able to install it three days earlier than expected. JJ and Bud our installers took their time and installed the fence just where we needed it. There was a small issue with our gate as they needed to order another style to keep the gate level with the ground so our dog could not escape. JJ and Bud also requested that we have our irrigation people come out to reroute our irrigation system so that there would not be any problems. A week later the rest of the fence was installed with the exception of our special order gate which had not come in yet. When our gate came in it was installed the same day it arrived in the shop. We could not be more pleased with Superior Fence and Rail of Brevard County Fl. and our installers JJ and Bud. We would highly recommend them to anyone in our area looking to have a fence installed!!
