Grant and Kevin replaced the existing vinyl fence gate quickly. No issues at all. This matched the required HOA vinyl fence requirement.

Installers were prompt and courteous. The installation and removal was as expected. The Lead installer ahowed up on time and knocked on our door to let us know they were there to do the fence work. He also explained to me in simple terms what it was they were there to do. The price of the new fence and removal of the old fence was ballpark. When it comes to professionalism and respect it almost always worth the extra money.

When I'm putting out this kind of money its very important to know that the product and installation are done right. Derek sold me on the product and gave me a fair price. Everyone was pleasant from start to finish. Reyan Innis was the installer who did the entire fence by himself without any complaints. If I had any complaint it would be that it took 1 1/2 days to install the fence. It looks great!

It has been a great experience . From the initial visit to get an estimate all our questions were answered and we felt confident we had picked the right fencing company. We live in a gated community with an HOA and Superior Fence was very accommodating with all the paperwork that needed to be submitted for approval. The installation was completed in one day and it was done very professionally and exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Superior Fence and if we need any additional fencing that is who we would call!! Our neighbors have already come to see the fence and have asked for their contact information!

From the beginning of making an appointment for an estimate to the completion of the work, payment, and final inspection I have been very pleased with Superior Fence and Rail's professional approach and customer service. My estimate was professionally done, the right questions asked, suggestions made and a good quality fence chosen. Adjustments I made after the original contract were handled without problems. I always received a prompt call or text back when dealing with my salesman Glen. The communication in the interim between the deposit and the installation was also good (emails and phone calls) and unexpected. Be prepared to wait several months to actually get your fence installed (exactly the timeframe they told me when I put down my deposit). The actual installation of the fence was done quickly and the installers answered my questions and worked around the pool company's poor communication to get everything done the way it needed to be. I love my fence, it looks beautiful and would use and recommend Superior Fence and Rail again if I needed to.

They're busy, so it took time to get on their schedule, but once our time came up, they called ahead, came when promised, promptly, were congenial, did excellent work, fine-tuned the gate mechanisms on previous fencing done more than a year ago, and provided us valuable information about scheduling some warrantied work that would take longer. Two weeks later, the enclosure is rock-solid secure at the corners, remains clean and even, and the spring loaded, gravity closing gate works quite well. We have recommended them to others, and continue to recommend their estimating, responsiveness, as well as for their exceptional work [installation and clean up], completion, and follow up satisfaction. What we had installed/erected was three-sided [open on the house side], 'rectangular', 22' of 4' high white Hamilton standard privacy fence with a 4'gate.

Alan and John were very professional. They understood my concerned about accuracy of where the property line was due to our next door neighbor. I was very anxious over the whole install because of the neighbor and felt reassured when talking to Alan regarding where the fence would go. They did an excellent job!

The installers (Scott and Dwayne) arrived at the scheduled approximate time (2:15 pm) and immediately started work. Scott removed the existing fencing and posts which were in concrete while Dwayne got the new fencing material off the truck. They both were very courteous and even though it was very hot and sunny, they kept on working. I offered them both some Gatorade which they gladly accepted! They worked diligently until the job was done including cleanup (7:15 pm). Great job guys!

The work crew was on time. David the crew leader was very pleasant. He walked the yard with me and explained what he would do. As the work progressed i had questions having never had a vinyl fence.
