Their service was very good. They gave me timelines and were very prompt. They got it done in the timespan they said they would. They even did part of it early. They came right out and fixed a little issue. The people that did the work for them were very friendly. They listened and answered our questions. We had no problems with them whatsoever. We would definitely recommend them.

This is the short version: I was so impressed with the saleswoman Judy, that I decided to use this company even though they were the most expensive, and even though I had seen bad reports: I believed what she said to me about her boss Todd being all about customer service, and how happy I would be. She is an excellent saleswoman. It took months for the job to start, but I accepted the fact that they were busy. When they came to put the fence up I was impressed by the installer Bill and how well/fast they did the job. Until he couldn't get one of my gates to hang properly. With the many attempts to get Bill to come finish the job properly, I had a quick visit approximately once a month, not enough time to take the time to do the job properly - the gate was still lopsided. Then a part of the fence came down with the wind. Anyone in Vero Beach knows the winds regularly get high. I never saw any other fence come down because of any high wind except hurricane winds. Bill came quick to put the fence back up, and said it was because of the gate and he had forgotten to put something in. He said it wouldnt come down again, and he would come back to make the other side of the gate secure as well. He also basically told me my desire for the gate to hang straight and not lopsided was unreasonable (that was not the word he used). After many more attempts to get him to come and finish securing the fence/gate, he told me to contact the office. I emailed Judy who forwarded the email to her boss Todd. Two weeks later I got a voicemail from Todd. I called back, he said he "couldn't hear" and would call back. He didnt. I emailed Judy, who forwarded the email to him again, no response. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau - the company did not bother to respond to BBB. Next step to be considered: file a complaint with Indian River County Building Division, Contractor Licensing Department. Perhaps they will get a response. All I can say is be very careful of the smooth-talkers, the ones with acceptable explanations for everything. Because if there is a problem, you have no chance. They make sure they are covered when it comes to getting paid, and they do get paid !!. But you don't have much chance if you have a problem. I have already seen the panels on the other side have moved, with very large gaps - not surprising because the lopsided gate is pulling the pillar over (and the rest of the fence with it) - just hope that part of the fence doesn't come down when the wind blows.
