The installation crew was commendable! Scott and Joe stuck with it while Mother Nature provided brief and strong rain showers from time to time, AND they endured the added "engineer" input from the home-owner (me). The install had several unexpected challenges to overcome, but Scott and Joe were able to make everything work. Scott and Joe spent extra time on this job to make sure that we were happy with our new fence, and it looks great! We have had almost all of our neighbors give us great complements and are proud to have the best fence on the block!. Kudos to Superior Fence and Rail!

I love my new fence! The guys arrived on time and did a great job. I had not had any luck getting my backyard neighbor to clean up his side and remove an old broken chain link fence that ran behind my fence. The guys were able to remove it and put my fence on my property line. They even built a "doggie door" in the side fence so my dog could also access the yard next door. I went with Superior because they actually sent someone to personally look at the situation and give me an estimate. Other companies just wanted to give me estimates over the phone. The salesman was very knowledgeable and even contacted my neighbor about cleaning up his side (which he still didn't do). Over all I was very happy with the job that was done.

The fence looks fantastic. There were a couple of glitches, however, the companies response was immediate and the problem was corrected before the sun went down. I would recommend them for sure.

I referred Todd with Superior Fence and Rail to a client I was working with. The railing he installed was top of the line aluminum with extra posts for strength. Even though all the parts did not arrive at he same time, the crews were able to get the job done in a timely manner.

I chose someone else because he was several weeks out and I needed it done sooner.

They were great. They came out when they said they were going to come out. The staff was wonderful.

The company was really great. They set up the initial appointment, the cost estimator showed up on time and we had a thorough discussion of what work was to be performed. He even came up with a few things I had not thought of. Once we made the decision to use Superior - they came out with the contract and we finalized everything. They even stated that it would be about 3 weeks before they could begin and they were spot on about that. The installers were there on time, had the old fence out in a matter of hours. Unfortunately - the weather got cranky (and I stated that with a smile) and the installers had to quit early that day. They arrived bright and early the next day and finished up the installation of the fence. We are very happy with this company and would use them again in the future. It was a great experience.

I was very happy with the respond and work completed by Superior Fence and Rail. The price may be high but they did a great job and it was completed within two weeks of meeting with Ron.

Ron came out to the house to give us an estimate. He was running late, but was sure to call. When Ron arrived, he was courteous and extremely professional. He took the time to tell me about the fence we were interested in (including warranty), and about the the process from permitting to installation and inspection. We ran into some HOA issues and fence approval issues. Kevin, Todd and Ron were more than willing to assist me, even providing me with pool codes for presentation to my HOA. They offered to talk to the board to iron out any issues, and to assist me in obtaining approval. They assured me that they would amend the permit and work with me to obtain a product that I liked and the HOA would approve in the event the 54" aluminum fence was not allowed in our neighborhood. Eventually we obtained approval of the initial fence. Two installers showed up promptly at my home at 7:30 in the morning and walked down the job with me. I watched them for a bit when they started, and they were very efficient and accurate. I saw levels being used constantly, and they really had an attention to detail that I really appreciated. We had appointments out of the house, but when we arrived home at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon, the fence was almost completed. The two installers informed us that they didn't have all of the caps for the posts, but that someone from Superior would be back to our house later the same day or the following. Kevin called me to confirm that an installer would be back the same evening, and he was. The fence looks beautiful, and the patch that they did on the county fence is more than adequate. Did I mention the patch for the county's chain link fence was done free of charge? I was pleased that Kevin called me after the installation to see if we were happy with the quality of the fence and the install. I must say, I do wish the price was lower, but Ron tried to assist me in that area by telling me about the Angie's List coupon. Overall - we are extremely pleased with the look of the fence, and the professionalism of the company that we chose to install it. From the beginning I had a great experience. I received 5 quotes on the job and Superior was right in line or slightly cheaper than the others. The quality of the product set them apart though. The lumber, hardware and especially the aluminum framed gates were top notch. Ron came out and gave me a quote, then knocked off the price of one of the gates with my Angie's List coupon without hesitation. The job was started and completed on time. The installers did a great job and were very professional in their work. I strongly recommend Superior for any fence job you may have. You can't put a price on peace of mind, especially with something you are going to look at and use every day. Thanks guys!

Liked installation crew.....salesmen left a lot to be desired.

It went very well. No problem with the company or any worker.

This began with what I think was misleading information from the salesman. The financing was not as presented to me and neither was the apperance of the fence. I decided to go with an option that was never presented and spent another $1000.00 for truckloads of dirt and new sod. Superior did come back to take the fence down so this work could be done and wanted to wait another two days to put the fence back up. After a few disturbing phone calls the fence was put back up the next day. They offered no monetary help but did offer one row of sod to cover up the mess they left with confusing statements about drainage,etc. Maybe I should have done more homework but I thought with their rating I could take them at their word. When putting fence back up they damaged some caps and said they would replace them next time they were in the area. Well, the next time was about 7:45 AM with no notice. I'm a senior living alone so imagine my surprise when a young man was walking within my "privacy" fence without warning. The no notice thing happened twice while we were trying to resolve the issues. Scott showed up at my door two different times with no notice and surprised I wouldn't let him on my property. Todd came after several calls and offered me the sod to cover up the mess and filled 2-3 bags with concrete pieces. So much for clean up. This was before I decided to fix it the way it should have been. While the fence was being put back in place Mark commented it would have been easier if we'd done it that way to begin with. I replied I was told that not necessary. Scott commented he didn't remember saying that and I told him he wasn't the one who told me. Back to the first sentence.

It was a good experience. Salesman Ron was just great. We changed our minds on what we wanted at the last minute, and the company did all they could to accommodate us. Lots of checking and double checking was done by Ron and Mike the installer, and we were pleased with the result. In addition to Ron, Todd and Kevin were great at communication and quality control checking.

The whole process went smooth and the fence came out looking great! Ron is the salesman who helped me throughout the entire process. He was so nice, helpful, informative and always there to answer any questions and return my phone calls promptly which I really appreciated! Keenen was the name of the fence installer, along with helpers, who started the job and made sure it was finished to my satisfaction and they did a great job! The professionalism of the company was excellent and I highly recommend them. Everybody I spoke with always went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of especially Ron. I definitely recommend them!

The salesperson visited and walked the property with me to see where I wanted the fence. He made a couple of good suggestions. Then he went to his truck, sketched the layout, made his calculations, and gave me a quote on the spot. He explained the material that would be used, which included a fairly new type of eco-friendly treated wood and all stainless steel hardware. All the posts are set in concrete. One of the things I really liked is that they fabricate an aluminum frame to strengthen the gate because it gets the most wear and tear. He then explained the permitting process. Except for one form that I had to fill out for the homeowners association, they filled out all of the paperwork. They provided all of the information required for the homeowners association and the County, delivering it to them and fielding any questions they had. What a great service! We then waited for the approvals. Kevin actually called me about a week after the paperwork was submitted to see if I had heard back yet as he wanted to schedule the job as soon as possible. After the approvals were received, the job was scheduled within a few days. The two installers arrived on a Friday morning and walked the property with me before starting to make sure we agreed on where the fence was going. What hard workers! Other than taking a well-deserved lunch break, they worked their butts off! These fences are built from scratch, not from prefabricated panels. Because I needed so much fence, they didn't quite finish that day and told me they would be back first thing on Monday. Later that evening, I got a call from the lead installer, Scott, asking if he could finish up the job the next morning, a Saturday. He said he hated to leave it unfinished for two days. Wow. The quoted price was what I paid, minus the Angie's List coupon, which they honored without a problem. I am so happy with the fence. I have had several neighbors, including people I don't even know, stop to tell me how nice it looks.

While it seemed to us take longer than we expected two installers arrived on time and did a great job putting in the fence. The fence passed the city and homeowners inspection the first time and we have received many complements on it. There were a few small items that we asked them to fix and they showed up the following week and made sure we were happy. We are well pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Great choices in vinyl that other fence co's couldn't offer. The installers are friendly people with superb eyes for detail and they made suggestions during install on things that weren't very apparent in initial consultation- like slope, gate locations based on grading, etc. Really good work. They even followed up after install to double-check the post caps and quality of finished fence and to hear any concerns.

Everything from the first phone call to the last fence post being installed was A+++++.

The entire process was great. We were able to setup a meeting with the salesman the day after we called their office. The salesman was on time and showed up with samples of the fence that we could look at, instead of just the catalog. We also got a quote from a competing fence company but Superior's quote was 20% less. We were able to call the salesman back the same day he gave us the quote and he came back to our house later that night to bring the contract. Our goal was to make sure we had the fence installed before the first of the year and Superior made it happen. The installer was friendly and stopped to show me the fence when I came home for lunch. I was impressed with the method they use for the hinge side of the gait. They use an aluminum I-beam, which I found to be very sturdy. They handled getting the permit and having the utilities marked out. I wasn't able to be at the house when they started, but they did a fantastic job!

Their service was fantastic. They did a great job. The fellow who put it in was very nice. We did it to hold our two big dogs in. We were very pleased. We thought their price was fair. They worked with us as we live in a deed restrictive neighborhood while we got it approved. The girl who first came to talk to us about the fence was very nice and of no pressure. I would highly recommend them.
