The did a great job. The guys that came out were professional and did a great job, they left no messes and the shadow box fence is a beautiful addition to our house. I've dealt with other contractors in the past and these guys were top notch, I'd happily recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

Excellent , excellent work was done by these young men. They were so very professional, courteous. They worked very, very **** ** this project, repairing someone else`s `MESS`. Scott and Joe did an excellent job on tearing out the rotten 4 by 4`s and rusty screws that held the old PVC fence up, then replacing the fence with new. It is straight and level and we are very satisfied with the work they performed. Thank you

Kimberly, the estimator, came to my home and measured everything and gave me suggestions. She was awesome! The installers did a fantastic job as well. Very polite, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Superior Fence.

It started with Stephanie who was as pleasant and helpful as could be. She even trudged through some thick brush and vines to get accurate measurements to base the quote on. She offered some advice on fence that went well with the surroundings and clearly stated how the property needed to be ready for installation. Once the property was cleared to make room for the fence the two installers showed upon the date and time promised. They worked their tails off all day long to get the job done. They were meticulous in their approach, leveling every board and making sure the contour was pleasing to the eye. They were professional in their approach and very polite. I made a last minute request after they packed up at the end of a long day and they were only too happy to oblige. I will be sure to use Superior again for all my fencing needs in the future, thanks everyone!

It went perfectly. The men were here early this morning and were fast and efficient with the installation. They cleaned everything up before they left and the job was done much sooner than I expected. The fence looks amazing and will protect my dogs from the alligators in the pond. Very pleased with the whole experience..

The lead installer and his helper were professional and worked efficiently and quickly to get the fence up. Great clean up and left the fence with all materials removed from property. I am very pleased and will use again

From the initial meeting to final product, the communication, professionalism and overall quality of work was a dream come true. There are few contractors out there that have maintained an old fashioned customer service. To top it off, their prices were right in line with other comparable quotes.

The installers were polite, friendly, and accommodating. They took the time to answer questions I had about the installation process and to fulfill specific requests regarding the installation of my fence. The only thing I could really complain about is the amount of debris left in my yard after the holes were dug for the fence posts. By debris I mean mostly small rocks and a few pieces of hardware. The yard doesn't look dirty, but the debris would be enough to hinder the performance of my mower if I hadn't done my own clean-up.

The actual Job was done well. However, they placed a lean on the property before the due date of payment. When final due ammount was then paid, they did not, have not, removed the lean, Very much about getting your Money ASAP and when they don't follow on with due diligence..

The salesman was very pleasant to work with. He had samples of each type and color of fence so that we were able to see the actual product rather than pick something out of a book. The installation team was very professional. The office staff was responsive, sending out email confirmation at each step of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior!

We got them on Angie's List. The service was great. We had one gentleman come out for an estimate, and then two workers came out. They were on time, and everybody was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Even thought I did not mention it salesman Kyle bluntly told me that I did not need a building permit. I told him that I had contacted the permit technician and they told me that I did need a permit. He then countered that I only needed a permit if I was going to put the gate closer to the street. Knowing that information was false I decided not to use this contractor. He did give me an estimate scribbled on the back of his business card. It read: 16' -3 gates- aluminum frame - $950. He showed up 50 minutes early without even giving me a call to ask if I was available. Had I gone with this contractor who is more than willing to twist the building permit laws to their advantage I would be the one that is fined and maybe even told to dismantle the gate at my own cost. BUYER BEWARE...

They did a good job. It did take them a while to get started, but when they did get started they were very quick.

I am very happy with what I got. May use for another job in future.

Superior did an excellent job installing my fence. The main installer, Joe, had a very nice, customer friendly demeanor. His work was very thorough and he was very good about explaining what he was doing, checking to see what I thought and making sure I was happy. As with any project, there is always some issue that comes up that needs to be addressed. In our case, they sent someone else out to install the locking gate handles. The person did not do a good job. Superior promptly sent Scott out to correct the problem. Scott did a great job reinstalling the handles. I really appreciate how quickly Superior addressed this without any questions. Stephanie was the main person I communicated with at Superior, whether it was about scheduling, questions, or taking care of the problem described above. Since it was all by email, the communication was effortless. Stephanie was prompt, very friendly and helpful. As for the fence, we love it! The fence is very high quality and looks great! In summary, my overall experience with Superior was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Everything was very professional and smooth from the very beginning. Estimator did a great job and was so nice and very thorough in explaining the product and what to expect. Both installers that came out were the ultimate professional....completed the work very quickly and thoroughly and it looks great. Would recommend them to anyone shopping for a fence in this area. Very pleased!!

The initial visit was wonderful. I new and was shown exactly what I was getting when it was going to be completed and how it was to be done. The company even pulled all the permits for me. That's all I had to do was sign my name. Thanks

From bad to worse...TOP 10 REASONS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY: 1. My installer scheduled my job on a Sunday and dropped off all of the fence material in my front yard several days prior 2. The installer never showed on Sunday and called the next day to reschedule 3. When the installer showed up, he parked his truck smack dab on top of my water meter, cracked it and flooded the front yard 4. The 3 sections of the privacy were all crooked...like a V-shape, looked bad 5. The other fence was raised off of the ground by at least 2 feet even after I told the installer that I wanted this fence to keep my small dogs from getting out of the back yard...he lowered it, but left unplugged holes where the original hardware was 6. The first installer was let go, so a second the installer was sent to level the privacy fence and once again, left unplugged holes when he moved the hardware 7. After returning from a 4 month trip, I noticed that the gate on the privacy fence was falling off the hinge when opened because the screws were not anchored into the plastic properly and simply falling out after several times opening and closing....in addition, there was one hole in the hinge which had never even had a screw installed....so now I had a non functioning gate. Just to add that the gate rarely gets used; possibly one time per month to mow the lawn, so it was getting "overworked". 8. When I called Judy to let her know about this problem, she suggested that the lawn mowing service may have "knocked" into the hinge and caused the problem, so it would cost money to have it repaired...based on the fact that the screws are just sitting in "gaping" holes with nothing anchoring them, the lawn guy would have had to physically remove the screws and strip the plastic....makes no sense that this was caused by anyone other than the second installer who came to fix the problem created by the first installer 9. I agreed to pay the fee just to make this problem go away, even though I know if was caused by Superior's installers.. 10. That was Sept. 25th....I heard nothing and nobody came by to fix. I sent a reminder email to Judy on Nov. 18th along with confirmation that I had agreed to pay their "fee" and this is the reply: .... " it's been crazy! Funny thing is I reminded the guys yesterday! I just passed your email on to Tom as well." I'm still waiting.... I'm all about fairness and understand "normal wear and tear", however this job was bad from the get go and the company actually made it worse with the second installer and now are just washing their hands of any responsibility for doing the right thing. CAVEAT EMPTOR when it comes to Superior Fence and Rail.

Worst experience in 30 years dealing with the most unprofessional company at all levels. Please review a detailed review dated on or about 12/14/2014 that is very specific of my horrendous experience. BEWARE< BEWARE< BEWARE. Owner Todd Paroline should never ever be trusted, as he is not a man of his word, or actions, yet when you may owe him money, he will be phoning you with threats. He doesn't give a d*** about his customers, and will completely avoid you, unless pressure is brought to bear upon him. Even the other many franchise's of this company speak very negatively of him, as well as his own staff.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of both Kyle, the salesman and Chad the installer. Chad came out on time and methodically put in our fence by himself. I couldn't ask for better service! Awesome job! Thank you!

Brad was on time for my estimate appt. My old fence had been located incorrectly on one side, leaving the swale inside my yard., and we had a walkway poured after the old fence was installed. We walked the fence line and Brad showed me where the new fence should be located to correct the swale problem and he also put me in touch with a very knowledgeable landscaper who would take out the necessary shrubs to clear the fence line. Brad was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the fence business. He was very nice to talk to, and even came by during the job to see how it was going. Scott and Michael had to deal with chipping out old concrete in one area, rain, and standing water when they were installing. They were both courteous, professional, and hard working, even in the rain. Scott kept me apprised of the project as it went on, and I am very happy with the whole Superior Fence team. I would highly recommend them, and I love my new fence!

The salesman Ron, went out of his way to get the fence permits and get the HOA approval and approval for variances. The installers did an excellent job. They made sure the fence was asthetically pleasing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and safe. There is a busy road behind the house so this was very important. The materials interlock so they are less likely to come down in a storm. I am very pleased with the material. They made sure that if there was a problem they took care of it immediately. It was important to them to make sure that my daughter and I were happy with the results.
