The owner Don was the one that came he cussed he was angry the whole time....he picked out the most expensive parts never cleared it with me said we had to replace the whole kitchen sink overcharged us... before he left he said the soap dispenser was ready.... but he never even hooked the bottle up... soap was going all over the bottom of the sink we never knew he forgot to put the soap catcher in. Seems in a hurry just want to get out of there. Don't use him!!!!

OK. However, he grossly over charged a senior military veteran. Don D'Alessio (owner) showed up in an unmarked van, wearing jeans and T shirt (no company logo) with another person he kept referring to as having PTSD veteran who served in VietNam. Don removed the toilet, rooter routed the sewer line, replaced toilet and swapped out three small parts (deep seal wax ring, set of closet bolts, Kohler flapper). He was here less than one hour. His total for his services was $415 minus Senior Discount of $20 for a total of $395. The parts were priced at Lowe's for $18. So he basically charged us $377 for less than one hour work. Be informed that plumbers in Florida can charge any amount they want. I would never use this plumber again or recommend his services.

They arrived on time and spent about 35-40 minutes start to finish. Cleaned up after completing work.

A plumber named Travis from Suntree/Viera Plumbing came to my home first to measure the space where the water heater was to go and then he left to pick up the water heater from Lowe's. He returned later in the afternoon to finish the installation. The job was performed expertly and cleanly in a minimum amount of time with no visible errors. I am quite satisfied and would recommend them.

We have used Suntree-Viera twice now, both for this job and for installation of body sprayers in our shower. Both times they were prompt, responsive, and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

Fine that day, I paid 365 and tipped Mike $60 thinking he had done a great job and was so assuring about their company policy on standing behind work, WRONG, June 20 a leak found again in same exact area, I called and got Mike, no office staff to be found, and he immediately started in me on how this had to be a and quot;newand quot; problem, had nothing to do with their work, he was too busy to look at the problem but finally agreed to send someone , Jeff arrived end of day and immediately same thing, and quot;you have got a problemand quot; he says,and quot; You are not getting a free joband quot;, was rude as could be, stormed off when I said I wanted to speak to the owner and that I was going to file a compliant. I have left 3 messages for Mr. D'alesio and last one I asked if he could consider having somone look at this and we could discuss what needed to be done and Nothing, no reply. They have their money and I have a leak. I beleive the great ratings on Angies are written by their owners. I now am waiting for another plumber, have a leak that is causing damages and I will file against this company for damages and a refund and I warn Angies list to NOT USE THEM. HORRIBLE!! I have spoken to state agencies and the Better Business Bureau and am filing complaints with all as well as with Lowes who has them as a contractor. The owner could not be bothered to try and work on this problem and could care less about customer service.

From the first call, everyone was courteous and friendly. To prevent an unnecessary service call the lady on the phone (I believe it was her name was Kim) walked me through troubleshooting the problem to make sure I really had a foundation leak. Shutting off sink valves, toilet valves, the hot water tank and then listening to see if the leak was still there. Only after she was satisfied that we probably really had a foundation leak did she finally make the appointment for the technician. How about that – trying to save me an unnecessary service call !! Made the appointment on a Friday for the technician to come to the house on Tuesday to locate and repair the leak. Michael, the tech, called 45 minutes before he was to arrive and arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. (Did the good service end here – nope it just got better). Michael went right to work. Double checking the valves and other potential leak sources were shutoff. He pressurized the line from outside with a compressor and then listened for the air leak inside the house. Once he was satisfied that there was really a leak in the slab he brought in his “acoustic gear” and “metal detector” to locate the actual leak. First he located the pipes in the floor and then started listening for actual leak. He located it in the front room and assisted in moving the two large 8ft high bookcases. Once he had the carpet pulled back and the baseboard removed, he cut a small access hole in the dry wall to look for the leak. He showed me the leaking pipe through the hole in the wall and he was literally two inches from the pipe that was leaking. Luckily ere was no water above the slab but you could just see a few bubbles coming from the blue sleeving around the pipe. He advised cutting a hole large enough to put in an access panel after the work was completed (we installed a commercially available access panel 3 weeks later). He helped to cover all the furniture in the room with blankets to help protect from any dust. He dug up the slab with a jack hammer and then cut out and replaced the section of leaking pipe. All the work was completed and he cleaned up after himself in a total of ~5 hours – Michael was great! How refreshing it was to deal with a company that is not only professional but prompt and friendly. Thanks Suntree Viera Plumbing !!

They were the fourth company I called and they were able to do it the same day. Price was very competitive with all the others I called. Make original phone call at 9:00 am and Jeff the technician showed up at 12:00 as promised. Job took a couple hours and it was done. Jeff cleaned up the area he worked in and did not leave any trash behind. Overall it was an excellent job.

We had a problem with the shut off valve on our water main. I shut it off and it would not turn back on. We called suntree Viera plumbing and they were able to come and repair the problem. I was notified up front of the emergency charge as it was a sunday afternoon. They arrived promptly and did an excellent job replacing the failing gate valve with an updated ball valve. Very clean and professional. I did think that a $250 base charge for a sunday afternoon was a bit steep

They were recommended by a home improvement store. They were very good. They were very clean and very thorough. They were a good company.

They could not pin down a time with us. We decided we would have to use someone else. He called because he was in the area and wanted to stop by, but we had another provider on the way. I didn't think he was very professional.

The repairman was very prompt, conscientous and polite. He cut out a small section of the dry wall and replaced the leaking part of the pipe. He then noticed another line into the water heater was corroded and needed to be replaced. He swept up and moved my washer back next to the water heater when he completed the job.
