My husband called three different plumbers to set up an appointment to fix the leaky valve when we were not able to take care of the issue ourselves. Sun Plumbing answered the phone and set up an appointment window that worked with our schedules. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival. The plumber and his helper arrived on time, were very professional and quickly took care of the issue. This allowed me to get back to work earlier than I expected. This was our first time using a plumber and I would definately use Sun Plumbing again.

.They guarantee the work and if it doesn't work they would refund my money. I would give them all A;s.

I think their service is very good. I've always found them to be prompt, responsive, and professional.

They were very good. They knew what they were doing and they were professional. I was really very pleased with what they did. Their price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

My designer referred him to me. He is just convenient. I was having so many issues and it was costing me money. He is not the least expensive, but he fixes it and does the job right. His workers are professional and very clean. They will leave a place cleaner than they find it. They finished up my whole floor. When it was done, I was pleasantly embarrassed. He is the only guy I would consider using again in the future if I have to.

We had very low pressure from our shower head and tub faucet following a plumbing leak repair by another plumber. (NOT Sun Plumbing) We lived with the problem for years because we have a special needs child and having a repair person in the home is too disruptive. We recently called another plumber (NOT Sun Plumbing) to come out to see what the cause of the low pressure was. This plumber (NOT Sun Plumbing) said that we need to replace the entire shower valve/ diverter/ faucet...everything at a cost of nearly $500! We told him we thought solder debris from the previous repair may clogging the water flow and could he flush the line to see if that was the problem. He refused and said he did not have time to repair it that day and left. We did not hire him and decided to join Angie's List. That is how we found Sun Plumbing. The office was curteous when I called on Friday and scheduled a plumber to come out on following Monday morning. Mark called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He was efficient and lisitened to my husband's input. He fixed the problem quickly, as stated above, and we will hire Sun Plumbing again.

The pump to our well sprung a leak and they came out and fixed it. The switch was also stuck and they fixed that as well. They also came out two years ago to clean our septic tank.

t I've used Sun Plumbing several times since I had them replace my septic system in 2002. I have never been disappointed. This morning I called about a drain problem in my laundry. I called at 7:45 and was told that they would get someone out today and that they didn't think it would be too late. Fifteen minutes later I got a call back asking if it was OK for the plumber to come over now, as he had another stop on Merritt Island and my house was on the way. By 9:00 AM my drain was cleared and the plumber was on his way to the next stop. You can't get better service than that.

They were great. They did excellent work. I think Chad is super. He is punctual. He knows what he is doing. He has done a great job. He is very professional. The prices we quoted accurately.

I recently bought a foreclosure house which had been empty for a couple of years. After living in the house about a week I noticed that the shower was draining slow. The next day one of the toilets backed up. I checked the clean out and it was full so I called Sun Plumbing. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and since I had an appointment the next morning she arranged to get the truck out after lunch. The driver called me and told me he was on his way and arrived right on time. His name was Chris and he was very personable and professional. I explained the problem and he got to work finding and opening the tank. He hooked the suction hose to the pipe and sucked out a bunch of grease. He then asked me if I wanted the tank pumped which I did since according to him it had never been pumped. This was not suprising since the house was only four years old.He then pumped the tank and covered it back up. A great job in a little more than two hours.

I would recommend them and their price is average. I called them at 11 0'clock and they are here. So they are very responsive and they are very professional. The price varies and depends on what sort of work it is; and they do everything from septic tanks to refitting toilets.

I have used them before. I know them from years of working in Rockwell. They are a big company. The work they did was superior. They were superb. I most definitely would use them again in the future.

They are my favorite plumber. It's a big company, but I have always been pleased with them. They are better than everybody else I have ever used.

Came out once before the job to do a calculated diagnosis. Gave 2 probabilities and 2 prices. Fortunately, the lower priced procedure cured the problem.

Work was completed. Price was way over estimate received from their office. Got a run around regarding difference. Work was ok except for the several holes left in a closet ceiling from trying to run water tube. Wrote president of the compny regarding price. No response. If you use them get the estimate in writing and verify before letting them start work.

Phil was our technician. He was patient in describing what he thought was causing our leak and thoroughly answered all questions we had. Prior to doing the work he gave us the best and worse case scenarios regarding price in relation to work that might have to be done to fix the problem. I think the cost was a fair market price for the work involved. It has been approximately six months since the work was done and there has been no recurrence of the leak. The problem was effectively solved.

I have been extremely satisfied with their work.

We originally asked to have our white painted garbage disposer sink flange replaced, because the paint was badly chipped. We were told that this was no problem as they had the part in stock. The process would involve dismounting the disposer,removing the old sink flange,sealing in the new flange,and remounting the disposer. We asked them to come out on a Saturday and we were aware that the labor charge would $90 an hour. When Sat. rolled around,they called us to tell us that they could not just replace the flange and that the entire disposer would have to be replaced because they would have to order a separate flange. They said that they could bring by a plastic snap-in cover for the existing flange which would cover the chipped paint. So we said OK to that. They arrived,charged us the full $90 labor for the 5 minutes it took to snap in the cover and then charges us $31.76 for the part that is probably no more than $5 at a major home improvement store.We paid WAY too much for a bait and switch
