Company was very responsive. Their plumber, Nate, was excellent. He even took the time to instruct us on how to flush out the heater on a yearly basis. They installed a 40 gal. Rheem hot water heater. Called before he came and left no mess to clean up. I would highly recommend this company. We have used them in the past and have never had a bad experience.

I could not have asked for better service! I am new at home maintenance and didn't know where to turn when my hot water heater started leaking. I read the reviews for this company and decided to call them. Naturally my hwt started leaking on Saturday night so I had to wait for Monday morning. I didn't expect that they would be able to do it the same day so I went to work and called from there. The woman who answered was very nice. I asked for a ball park figure for installation since I had purchased the hwt at Lowes on Sunday (they recommended Sun Plumbing). She told me that they charge $90 per hour, it would take approximately two hours and that they could do it today. I told her that I would need about 45 minutes notice so that I could make it home to meet the tech. They were great about giving me that time. They don't usually give that much advanced notice of time but were happy to do a little extra planning to help me out. When Jeff arrived, right on time, he was so cheerful and reassuring. There was quite a bit of water on the garage floor and a bit of mold on the drywall behind the hwt (from a previous washer / sink issue before my time). Also, I recently had my AC system replaced and there was a small amount of debris behind that hwt that just couldn't be reached in that tight space so I asked Jeff to let me know when the hwt was removed so could clean that up before the new tank went in. He asked me to bring him a spray bottle with bleach in it and he would take care of the rest. That's exactly what he did. He used his shop vac to clean up the water and debris and he sprayed the wall with the bleach mixture then installed the new tank. When he was done he showed me how to work the digital panel and explained the features on my new energy smart hwt. The whole thing took him exactly two hours. This was such a great experience. I will not hesitate to use Sun Plumbing again and to recommend them to my family and friends! Jeff and the office staff were such a pleasure to deal with and the price was very agreeable!

I would highly recommend Sun for any plumbing issue. We have used them numerous times during the last five years and have never had a bad experience. Their staff are courteous, polite, responsive and knowledgeable. Any time we have called for service they arrive on the same day they were called. They do not gouge on their pricing.

I must say that it went excellent. Paul came out to bid the project. The main worker that came out was mark and he made contact with me every day to keep me abreast of the process and explain the next days work. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Kudos to them..

Ed did a wonderful job. He was here on time and got the work done in a timely manner. He left no mess behind and ensured that the faucet was working correctly and there was no further leaking under my kitchen sink. He was very professional and was patient in answering all my questions.

I chose Sun Plumbing remodeling over other bids, even though Sun Plumbing was a little more expensive. My precious experience with Sun Plumbing for minor home plumbing issues had been most satisfactory, and I found they stand behind their promises. I could not be more pleased with the results and the pace of the work. The remodeling took almost a month. John Ryan and his assistant, Max, were always there when they promised and performed the work they promised in a timely fashion. The only delay was in receiving the tile I chose, and that was my fault, because I insisted on using a tile company that did not stock large quantities. This was my best experience with a contractor by far. I recommend Sun Plumbing remodeling department without reservation.

They came out a couple of times. They are great and very informative. They are local. Great Group of employees gave me and the wife a crash course on our septic system.

A guest complained about a foul smell. Sun showed up in a day or two. He removed the toilet, replaced the seal, the toilet and grouted beneath. Problem solved.

Great. I had these leaks for a while. I had a couple of plumbers come out but they wanted me to remodel my upstairs bathroom to fix the leaks. They would not address the actual problems i was having. I then found Sun Plumbing on Angies List website. I was thrilled to find someone that would fix my leaks that were not trying to make me spend a couple of thousand dollars to do it. Mark came out and look at the leaks and fixed them very quickly. I am very happy to have my bathroom back. I have called Sun Plumbing out several times and they are always curteous, both the office staff and the plumbers. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun Plumbing! I am really glad I have found a plumbing service that I have no reservations about calling. I really like that they call before they come and that they handle both plumbing and septic. I have used both services and couldn't be happier!

The plumber assigned to us arrived punctually. He was friendly and got right down to business. I showed him where toilets were located and the kitchen sink and he quickly ascertained the problem and then set about getting the appropriate parts and fixing each of the issues we had. He was clean, conscientious, and courteous. When the job was done he left the work areas as clean (if not cleaner) than they had started. I have never been so pleased with a plumber in my life.

The tech was on time and knowledgeable.We had previously used them to hook up a gas dryer.Their prices are reasonable and they warranty their work for 90 days for labor.

It was an outstanding experience. I have never been so satisified with the quality of work and a company. John Ryan was the man who did the work for me.

The office staff gave us an appointment sometime after 12 noon and informed us that, even though they were unable to give a more precise time for the visit, she assured us that we would receive a call 20-30 minutes before the serviceman arrived, which we did. Our serviceman was not only courteous and professional but he also answered our many questions with regards to septic tank maintenance, care and other concerns we had since this is the first time we've lived at a property with a septic tank. He explained things very clearly and performed the tank pumping service quickly, leaving our yard in excellent and clean condition once the job was finished. He also replaced the clean out cap which was broken and stuck onto the pipe with a part my husband had purchased from Lowe's and waived the labor charge for this, which I thought was wonderful! So our original quote was a little higher than what we actually paid. Very, very pleased with the service and pricing! We will be using Sun Plumbing for future septic tank pumping and other services as and when we need. Highly Recommended! Thank you so much!

The technicians are very professional and capable. The support staff (dispatchers and information people) are very good and responsive as well. Will use this company in the future for plumbing needs.

As always Sun Plumbing did a great job - from discussing and quoting options, to scheduling, getting the work done, and very courteous, professional workers.

Plumber was prompt and did a very good job.

We noted a hissing associated with the leak and were able to locate the general area due to the fact the leak was in the hot water line and there was a warm spot on the dining room floor. Called Sun Plumbing to set an appt. and requested that the first appt. just be to confirm the location of the leak. The dining room has a laminate floor and we wanted to take up the floor ourselves once the leak was confirmed. Nate arrived as scheduled and quickly confirmed the location of the leak. We removed the laminate floor that evening and called Sun to set an appt. to perform the repair. Nate arrived as scheduled and set to work to repair the leak. The repair was complicated by the fact that the leak was near the footer between the garage wall and the dining room. Slab repairs are a messy business, but the area was neat and clean when Nate left. He also left us the section of pipe removed to make the repair so that we were able to see that, overall, the copper was in good shape, other than the pin-hole causing the leak. It is comforting to know that the copper wasn't all corroded and ready to spring another leak after this one was repaired. He said the leak may have been caused by the house settling and the footer contacting the pipe. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to use Sun Plumbing again.

I have used Sun Plumbing at a few different properties and have always been satisfied. They arrive when they are supposed, very professional and have reasonable prices. On this occasion, two techs showed up. One worked upstairs and one downstairs. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it right.

Overall, I would not change a thing. I will use Sun Plumbing in the future and would recomend this company to anyone.

Their customer service is top-notch. I have used them before to pump the septic tanks at a house I'm renting out. For this call, the tenant said the drains were moving slowly. I phoned Sun Plumbing to ask for an estimate to clear the pipes. The initial price was about $75. Sun Plumbing offered to phone the tenant at least 15 minutes prior to arriving. They arrived on time to check the drains and subsequently found a leak at the toilet. The leak was causing a mold/mildew problem in the closet adjacent to the bathroom. He repaired the toilet which increased the initial price estimate from $75 to $250. He also had to use a special tool to clear the hair and stuff from the drains. This company worked with my tenant's schedule, were prompt, courteous, and informative. I would hire them again.

Couldn't be happier with their installer, his work, or the installed product. Price wasn't the cheapest but this was a professional job from start to finish.

With the exception of cutting out old faucet all went well The repairman was kind enough to tell me that after 6:00 pm the rates went from $90/hr to $135/hr I asked him to come back the next day. Would use again.

Chris came out to pump my septic tank and did a great job. We were scheduled for early morning and they said they would call 30 minutes before they were coming, which they did, and were right on time. I wasn't able to stay the entire time so I paid him and asked him to call me and let me know how it went after he was done. Before I left he gave me some information about septic tanks and even told me some hints for taking care of it so I won't have to get it pumped as often. Chris called me about an hour later, right after he finished, and let me know everything looked really good. He was very friendly and professional, as were the people who worked there when I called for a quote and to make an appointment. They weren't the cheapest company (hints the grade of a B). I found others for about $30-$40 cheaper but I decided to go with them after I saw all of the great ratings on here. Definitely worth the little bit of extra money! Very good work and nice people!
