They were very punctual, professional, and friendly -- a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is that the new tank is green instead of white, but it's in the garage so I'll just try not to look at it much!

Very professional and cost came in at or under quoted amount. Would definitely call Sun Plumbing again for any type of plumbing work. It's hard to find a plumber willing to do small jobs but these folks handle service of all types.

We had two vanities replaced and called Sun Plumbing to install the new faucets. We tried to coordinate the installation, but as remodels go, the vanities were not installed until late on the day we asked the plumbers to come in. The ladies in the office scheduled us for the next day, which was great. Unfortunately, things happen, and Sun Plumbing was only able to install one faucet because the hole in the second vanity had not been drilled. They were able to come back the same day and install the second faucet without an additional service charge. The faucets work great and the plumbing under the cabinets looks wonderful too. No leaks. The Sun Plumbing personnel are always professional and do a terrific job. I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office either. They really made an effort to help us out with the remodel. We've call them several times over the past few months to replace a water heater, replace a toilet and fix a shower faucet. Each time we get the same professional response and the work is always performed correctly.

So glad they had techs available on Saturday. The gentleman showed up when promised and got the faucet fixed quickly even though it was raining. (Had to use a torch to sweat the new faucet onto the copper pipe). They did such a great job at a good price, called them Monday to have them pump our septic tanks.

No muss, no fuss. Even used parts I had purchased. Completed it in under 1 hour.

No way to treat a plumbing emergency, let alone a very long time customer.

They did good work. They were honest in their presentation of the problem.

They are coming back to change out some valves and a kitchen faucet. The tech was very informative and helpful. He was very friendly. The service was great.

Mark C. was there in just a few minutes because his previous job was close to my home. He quickly replaced the water valves and washer hoses. Her was professional and friendly. I have had Mark make numerous plumbing repairs to my home and I have always received the best service.

They arrived when they said they would called ahead to make sure we would be there. Very professional went right to work. the service men were very knowledgeable and answered all my my questions. 10/10 would recommend again only took them and hour or so to finish up. I will definitely be using them again in the future. We shopped around and they werent the bottom dollar lowest price but they came highly recommended and we heard bad things. About the other company.

All went well and I even had an external water pump that was no longer in use and blocking my walkway a bit. I asked him to cut it and take it. He did at no extra cost.

Steve Hayward showed up on time and was extremely professional, and a very nice guy. I explained what the issues were and he quickly diagnosed what was wrong. As he was cleaning out the drains, he was extremely neat and left ever sink and drain as clean, if not cleaner than it was before he worked on it. He treated me and my home like I was family. When I need them again, I will ask for him by name.

They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with everything. So far everything is working just fine and they cleaned everything up. They were very courteous, very professional and they were very good. They come out and know exactly what they are doing and take care of things correctly. They were a little pricey but it was worth it. They told me that if anything wasn't to my satisfaction, I was to call them back and they would be right out here to take care of it.

Scheduling seems to be a bit of a difficult thing with Sun as the window for a service call is essentially any time during the day, although they will provide you with a 30 minute notice. That said, the first call happened on a Saturday morning and the fellow running the septic truck was extremely friendly and had a very positive attitude. He introduced himself, inspected everything immediately, provided a solid professional recommendation, and performed all of the tasks required of him in a relatively short amount of time (dug up a planter, drained 3 septic tanks, identified the pump problem, repaired the grounds, and set up the second service call). Probably the best interaction with a repairman that I've ever had. The second call happened on a weekday afternoon. It involved one plumber and an assistant, neither of whom introduced themselves or provided much in the way of dialogue throughout the process. They did quickly replace the pump and did an ok job on repairing the grounds (returning mulch to a flowerbed, some sod). They had thrown away the paperwork for the new pump, but I was able to recover that documentation (albeit somewhat dirty due to its interaction with the removed pump). All in all, the speed and quality were great. The first tech was light years ahead of the second tech and his assistant in terms of helpfulness throughout the process. Price seemed to be straightfoward...would recommend them to anyone with some caveats around what to expect from the scheduling process.

We were well pleased. We purchased the Rheem 50-gallon electric water heater and expansion tank directly from Sun Plumbing, and had them install it. They hauled away the old unit, and left the area neat and clean.

Very well. Came at time scheduled - went right to work - and did a good job. Completely pleased with this service.

I used them 4 or 5 times. They have to do the concrete, find the leak, and sealed it up. They are always very responsive. I live out of town and when I call them up, they are quick to get out there. I tried different places and they are the ones that I can get to respond because the biggest problem in my area is that I call people and they don't call me back or they can't get out there to my property and things like that. I think the pricing was good.

Service technician called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. Work was done in a timely and professional manner and area was put back in order before they left. Technician explained the system to us, since this is a house we just recently moved in to and showed us where everything is located.

Both tasks were completed to my satisfaction.

Everything went great. Couldn't ask for a better result. Michael also found my cut-off for the water line for my refrigerator.

Called Sun Plumbing at 11a and by 2p they had Steve at our house ready with new heater. Two hours later he was done. Fast, clean work, friendly. These guys can't be beat. Would recommend them to anyone. Ed was out a week ago to fix a leaky showers head and the experience was just as good. Can't say enough good things! If you need a plumber that knows their stuff and are honest and professional then look no further than Sun Plumbing.

Everything went well. He turned off the water, removed the rusted piece of pipe/tube and fitted a new outside faucet for us.

He unpacked the faucet and sink and checked to be sure they were going to work in our location. Thank goodness he did because the faucet we had picked out had too high a curve in it and wouldn't fit under a small decorative shelf above the sink. He helped with suggestions on what to look for and we went back and purchased the right size faucet. Everything went well. He was back out in 3-4 days to install sink and faucet and we are very satisfied. He was a very professional worker and wouldn't hesitate to have him back in my house at any time.
