Description of Work: Fixed leak in toilet by installing a new wax seal.

Description of Work: Sun came out and cleaned out our septic tank. I have never owned a house with a septic tank before and they educated us about them. In, out and no mess. Very efficient and friendly.

Description of Work: The service manager (Paul) was very responsive, helpful and extremely customer service oriented. Mike (plumber that did the work) was also very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented. We were very pleased with our experience with Sun Plumbing and will definitely use them again. Sun Plumbing installed a new toilet in master bath, removed leaking toilet tank from guest bath and installed tank from master bath in guest bath (banjo counter in guest bath restricted height of toilet so made sense to use the toilet tank, same size, from master bath for toilet tank replacement in the guest bath. Mike was early getting to the house and was very efficient getting the job done in a very timely manner.

Description of Work: Needed to find out where my septic system and fields were. the office contacted me within 24hrs of my request and Jeff from Sun Plumbing came out and found two of them in just a few minutes. He also provided a drawing of where they were located so I have a record of it. Very professional and kind.

Description of Work: Septic pump out. Left msg over the weekend. Call was returned 7:30 am monday. Said they could be out that afternoon. Called back an hour later and said they could come right then if that was ok. Pumped out 1000 gal tank. Sinks and toilets working again.

Description of Work: They cleaned a sink drain line that had been a problem for a long time. The tech that performed the service was very responsive, listened, did the job well. This was the third time I've used Sun in the last year after having used another plumber for years. Sun has the resources, knowledge and people to do good job. Their pricing may be a little high but they are woth the few extra dollars.

Description of Work: We have used Sun Plumbing multiple times for multiple swrvices and they've always done a great job. The most recent service was for two services fixing leak in kitchen and installing new large kitchen faucet and hose, includingdrilling our sink. They also went through the tile to fix another leak in our master shower, remove our shower head and dials and install an entire new showerhead, pies, and updated mechanism. They dis a great job and everything has worked well since this service so we haven't had to call Sun.

Description of Work: They need to pull a permit and then do job. So Far every thing is great and would like to hold final review at that time.

Description of Work: I needed an estimate on abating a septic tank and connecting to city sewer. | |Jeff the owner or manager called me back to arrange an appointment which he showed up when he said he would. |We discussed the problem and the job all the while listening for what I said. |He was able to give me the estimate and said he would find out if that would satisfy the Florida dept.of health and the city of Cocoa. |I am still deciding whether I will go ahead with the job and I told Jeff I will call him. |I will used his company when I am ready. |

Description of Work: Cleaned out the stoppage in my bathroom drain and gave me a lesson on the proper toilet paper to use for my septic system.
