The telephone quote quote was $125 for the first hour + parts. I provided the parts. On Thurs., the job took appprox. 15 min. to stop a long running toilet tank. With extra time left on the quote, I asked the technician to take a look at a bathroom faucet issue with carbonated fizz-looking water during the first few seconds. I was told that I could get SOMEONE to follow certain steps to remove a type of filter from the faucet, and where to take it to for a replacement part and reassemble it (!). I had one other issue with that same toilet. I called first thing Sat. am. A voicemail announced that "no one is available to take " the call, call back another time. I did not realize that SPR Plumbing does not answer the phone or do weekend calls.

The company interaction was amazing. The reception team ensured I knew what I wanted and needed. The plumber came to the home and did as exactly asked. Installed water heater and ensured water heater worked. 10 for 10 in my book. Professionalism was amazing across the board.

Mickel is a pro

Could fix only 1 of the 3 problems that I had. Now a new problem mysteriously appeared after they fixed the one. They investigated and determined new water hammer noise could not been caused by their repair. Never had rattling pipes for last 9 years we have lived here. Recommended a couple of fixes to try and would consult with his supervisor and contact me the next day. It has been 10 days and nothing. Only the constant reminder of rattling pipes when turning off any facet in the house.

Excellent service. They contacted me right away and was able to get me in the same day. I had a garbage disposal installed and my washer drain box replaced due to corrosion. The gentleman that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again.
