I had cancelled my project through HomeAdvisor. Word did not get to this great plumber. He came in and looked at the problem and offered a detailed explanation about water traveling through walls and how the fixed pipe looked good. He explained a few potential future issues to keep in mind. I will definitely hire this company in the future. No one does this much for free anymore. Very professional and caring.

Showed up promptly and addressed the issues for a great price other vendors wanted several hundred more for the same job, less the water main I had them change to a ball valve.

David is very knowledgeable. He pointed out a few things I ll need to change that will help me sell this place. They showed up when I expected them and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were all respectful and friendly. I certainly recommend them and will keep them on my list.

They stayed later than a normal work day to complete part of the project and returned the next morning to finish it. I am pleased with their hard work and clean up after.

Arrived early diagnosed my problem and immediately went too work. The repairman [James] was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of his trade. I will request him by name next time I am in need of a plumber. GREAT JOB.

They were prompt, skilled, and courteous. They suggested alternatives associated with the installation of a new vanity that saved a good deal of time and money. They performed extra work that wasn't in the original estimate graciously. I would definately hire them again.

Two members of SPR plumbing showed up on time.They were very pleasant even though at first I was not due to no water for a week. They put me at ease & went to work. I described the problem, which was water leaking into the lkitchen from both faulty outside valves. ie,the main water line valve was not turning water off completely. the other hose valve was totally broken off inside the outside wall. they both went to work immediately and replaced both valves. Had a flood in my kitchen. They came in took care of the water and the problem. Calmed me down and did a great job. Cleaned up the mess and told me what I should do next.
