I searched plumbers using Home Advisor and was contacted by SPR very quickly. After I texted an image of the valves that need to be replaced, I was provided a quote. After I approved everything, Jose was at out front door within 40 minutes. The plumber was very professional and very personable. He went right to work and replaced the valves in less time that was quoted. From the initial contact through the job completion, it was a great experience. I highly recommend SPR and will call them again if we need a plumber in the future.

This work was to repair items noted in a home inspection. Joe and Hunter arrived on time and came prepared to tackle the jobs. They reviewed the tasks with me and went to work. Joe took the time to investigate some additional items of concern I pointed out and answer my questions clearly. I have one repair that I'm going to acquire the part and fix myself. Joe gave me clear instructions on how to do the work and he left me some supplies as well. Joe's a pro and Hunter has an excellent teacher. Their, and by extension SPR's, level of service should be a model to all service providers. Professional, competent, pleasant, understanding and caring. I highly recommend SPR for your plumbing needs!

Terrible! Do not use this company. They repaired clog. Charged me over $300.00. Gave me an estimate to correctly repair drain and fix leak $800-$1,000. Spoke with Sean for half hour (house is rented) and gave him the green light. Three days later he had not started. I contacted him and he said he was waiting for me to tell him to start. Then he sent me an estimate for $2,300.00, which needed half to be paid before the start of the work. I hired another company who did the total job for $320.00. Stay away from this contractor!

They was on time as did a very very very good job I will used this co for all my need ,and will be more than happy to remedy to any and all. The works that was sent out was the best Thank You SPR.LLC

Called for and made appointment for a quote. No one showed up for appointment after I scheduled my day around it. When I called the secretary said the appointment was cancelled but they didn't bother to notify me. Can't say much for their customer service. Won't waste my time with them again!

The company did a fantastic job! I couldn't have asked for more. They had people to help with the repair of tile work, cementing over the new pipes, clean-up and everything! It was a wreck for a couple weeks, but the water was only off for a couple days, so I could stay in the house most of the time. The work came in a tad under what my insurance company paid. I'm thrilled to recommend this company!

It was excellent. They were very professional, hard workers and they cleaned up the mess and everything was perfect.

I did not hire SPR, but it was solely based on the brand of water heater. They provide, AO Smith. They responded almost the minute I posted the project on Angie's List, and provided a competitive estimate immediately. If you have a plumbing project in mind, give them a shot.

It went well. They tech showed up early and the price I paid was exactly within the ball park they originally estimated. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They were right on time, were clean and when they walked through the house they took their shoes off. I thought they were very polite. They went above and beyond to correct any plumbing problems ( done wrong by a previous plumber) they saw outside of my original request. I thought their price was very reasonable for what was completed. I would highly refer them to anyone with plumbing needs.

They did great, came out quickly and took care of the leak. I would use them again if I needed them.
